Fairfield by Marriott Peoria East

The location was great. Near the highway. It was close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff is phenomenal!! Had some issues with changing dates but it was quickly resolved. The person in charge even called me personally to let me know things were taken care of. When I arrived there was an issue with the property internet and it took a little time to get me checked in but they were apologetic and accommodating to my needs. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Came to breakfast towards the end of the breakfast time. Would have liked to have more options as we were hitting the road when we left the hotel. What was left looked great and the area was clean and tidy.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. From the location, friendly and accommodating staff, room cleanliness, breakfast. We requested early check-in and that was no problem. We requested a room change and that wasn't an issue as well. I was happy that the rooms had an iron and board. We had our family meetings in the dinning area way past the breakfast time and the staff gave us space. We really feel we hadn't even travelled.

Just one minor item..the rooms need to have a safe, am used to this when I travel. I kept carrying my valuables around or left them at the reception - a tiny inconvenience

The staff was very friendly. Oonna was 1 of our maids. She is such an Asset to your hotel! She was So kind and just an Amazing person. We loved seeing her each day. She needs a Raise! I wish there were more people like her in our World! 💕 The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. The shower and products were Amazing! (Service is more important to me than breakfast btw.)

The meats at breakfast were too greasy. The Danish was stale. The set up with the drinks should be relocated and they need to Stop Watering down the juices. The oatmeal was way too thick. Needed milk added to it. The gentleman was very nice. The older lady could be more friendly and maybe not start putting food away at 20 till 10:00. Our room was on the side of I74. I would request the opposite side for sure. Even running the fan you can constantly hear the semis and cars. Our neighbors almost burned down their room. They burned up their popcorn and microwave and stunk up our room and the whole floor.

Our room was very clean and the staff was amazing. Very nice and helpful at both check in and check out. We will definitely be back!!

The breakfast wasn’t the best but also not the worst we have had. The pool closed on Sunday for cleaning; given the fact that it’s still the weekend we wished they would change the cleaning day to Monday when the hotel had less guests. Those were the only two complaints though.

Easy to get on and off 74. Close to restaurants in East Peoria. The bed was firm - like I like it. Staff was friendly. Basic continental breakfast that has become standard in most hotels. Stayed twice this summer.

Sophie and Anita at the front desk were amazing going above and beyond making us feel like we were the only people they were helping during our entire stay. That is a high compliment!! Everything was top-rate clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Fabulous workout facility, indoor pool and jacuzzi as well.

The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows and the fact that our room faced the highway. We are from a smaller town and the highway noise on the weekends here is pretty noticeable. The pillows were not firm enough and didn’t provide much support to my preference but they were clean.

Breakfast was basic but enough. The hotel has no restaurant, just a pantry. Staff very friendly and warm. Service 5 star. Nice lobby and gym. Rooms were big enough for 3 persons.

Location was close to Everything we needed. All employees were helpful and friendly. Austin at the front desk was excellent at his job, being helpful, and acknowledging us every time we were in the lobby. The lady that helped with breakfast was enthusiastic and interactive with guests as well. I wish I could remember her name. It was a great experience.

The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The staff member Austin was very helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed when I walked in the doors. Our room was ready early . The phone check-in was nice too .

The bath tub was a little stained but useable.

The young lady that checked me was the first person from your hotel I met.... she is a great ambassador to your hotel and was wonderful. Pleasant and polite even setting me up with a Marriott rewards program.

The lady working the weekend breakfast, it doesn’t matter how many people are staying, ours not rationing the breakfast because other may come down. Every time you’d go up it was like it was a bother to her or she had something else to do.
