Best Western Plus Peoria

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would consider staying in this hotel again when booking my next trip to East Peoria.

The carpet in the room was filthy it needed to be shampooed or replaced. The toilet was filthy, again if it will not come clean replace it. The breakfast had very few health selections and the preparation seemed rushed on Saturday morning. Not everything "free" is worth consuming.

The King Suite was very clean and spacious with two large rooms two TV's, and a large bathroom plus bar sink, fridge, and microwave. Plenty of comfortable seating with couch, chair and ottoman, nice dinette table and chairs as well as a dining bar. three closets, plenty of overhead lighting as well as table lamps. The breakfast was hot and very good and varied day to day. Indoor Pool is quite large. The room price made this an exceptional value. This was a halfway stopover for our trip and we liked it so well on the way down that we booked it again for the way back. Plenty of restaurants nearby and large outdoor shopping mall within a half mile. Easy access on and off I-74 in East Peoria. Very safe and well-lit parking lot, too.

I really could not find anything bad to say about this place.

This hotel was acquired through Booking.com which offered an upgrade at no additional charge. Upon entering our "room", we could not believe we were entering a "suite". Two separate rooms & each had their own AC units....you walk into a little sink/cabinet area with coffee supplies & a little closet with iron/ironing board. Then the living room with TV, microwave, fridge, a couch, 2 chairs, 1 coffee table, 2 end tables and room galore. Then you have the separate bedroom with a very comfy king bed, 2 large night stands, lounge chair with ottoman, TV, desk/chair, vanity area with bench seat, blow dryer, another closet & then the bathroom with toilet & shower. HUGE! We absolutely loved the room! Our little furbabies stayed in one room & us in the other! Worked out perfectly. And the "continental breakfast" was good too! Plenty of food, "real" fruit flavored water & coffee were freshly made daily & were available 24/7! When traveling back to this area again.....definitely my go to hotel!

When turning on the hot water, it took way too long for the water to get hot. But that's all I can think of. Water getting hot is not a big deal unless you are in a hurry!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I've read old revives about them not being so, but I only experienced kindness. The king room was clean and suited my needs. I was only there for one night, but it provided everything I needed. There is a full breakfast, I did not eat it because I chose to sleep in. But the staff let me have some fruit on my way out, and that was kind of them! I would stay here again.

My only complaint is that I didn't like being on the first floor. At first I was happy about it, at check in, due to being close to the way out and close to the tea/coffee machine. However, I heard all of the noise, conversations, screaming kids and etc, when they were all going to breakfast. Next time I stay here, I'll try to get on another floor.

Hotel is very clean; hot breakfast was excellent. Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room was very nice and accommodating

pillows were hard like a rock. This type of pillows is typical for the Best Western. Maybe they wash them and whatever is inside become damaged. I was glad that I had my nice travel pillow with me. I did not use it in many other hotels except of Best Western. This particular hotel is very clean, but carpet in the hallway is broken on the sims. This create unpleasant experience like you stay in one star hotel. Either fix that or replace the carpet in a hallway.

We don't often find ourselves in Peoria, but if you don't mind being a bit out of the center of town, this is a great option. We stayed at a more expensive hotel in Chicago the night before and were much happier with the rooms here - beds were very comfortable, great pillow, great hot shower. A fantastic value for the money and much nicer than other similarly priced hotels.

Breakfast was super basic - although they did have a waffle maker and cappuccino.

The staff was very nice and accommodating since we checked in late. The hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast was good. Great coffee machine 24 hours a day. Great value.

Our room was on the first floor and very close to the breakfast area so it was noisy. We arrived late and were planning on sleeping in a bit but due to the noise we couldn't sleep. Next time I would request a higher room or away from the breakfast area. Not the end of the world just inconvenient.

Breakfast was very good and hot. The king two room suite was spacious and very comfortable. Room was clean and well-lit, everything worked like new, plenty of counter space in the bathroom, and plenty of storage space. Located in East Peoria about 3 miles or so from old downtown with nice restaurants and bars.

What could have been better? If I had stayed an extra day I could have enjoyed it even more.

Very friendly staff and clean hotel except carpet it was clean but carpet traps odors.Food was fresh and excellent and excellent beautiful indoor pool with great outdoor view.Glad it was open and quality food served safely.Great value for price and in great location next to expressway and everything you’ll need

Carpet was clean and cleaned but still had odor would be better to get rid of carpet and have floors in rooms carpet ok in hallway but rooms shouldn’t have carpet as it holds smells plus with covid would be more safer

Customer service was excellent. I was there for my husband's quadruple bypass surgery and the staff were very nice and helped make us comfortable and welcome. They went above and beyond our expectations.

The pool was a bit over chemically. Had a kinda off putting feel to the water. But we weren't really there for the pool.
