Clean and location great! Only 3.8 miles from The Yard!

Not enough grass and people not picking up their dog’s poop; Continental Breakfast stale (bagels); front desk clerk often away from his post (I called and called and finally just left the key up on the counter!); fee for dogs outlandish. I have 3 small toy poodles (that don’t shed!) yet I had to pay the same as someone with three Great Danes!! Should go by dog’s weight.

My credit card was charged twice by the hotel. I stayed at this location in November and then my card was charged again a couple months later for the exact same amount, luckily I caught it and my bank disputed it for me. I had to get a new debit card which is always a pain because I have to remember what I have on auto draft for that card and change it. I wouldn’t stay or recommend this place because charging my card again a couple months later is really shady and definitely seem like a hotel employee was trying to steal my credit card info.

Overall it was a good experience. Staff was very friendly. It was close to other entertainment venues.

Even though the room was ok, it could use some maintenance. Bathroom could use some painting, exhaust fan was falling. Shower head needs cleaning or replaced. Room had a slight musty smell. Parking lot needs work, nothing like the picture. Don't know if the hotel or hotels are responsible for the street but it was full of potholes.

It was great, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, nice and warm room, also the staff was super nice and thoughtful.

I think this was just out of the timing because of Super Bowl weekend, but during the Saturday night stay of the two days, The neighboring occupants were very loud and kept opening and slamming the doors in quick succession of each-other , I’m just grateful it stopped after midnight but it must have been a party or something. Serves me right for booking on an event weekend, I must have forgotten.

The hallway smelled of smoke. There was not much of a breakfast. Were not.told.of $25 fee for having a.dog. understand but would like to know in advance.

although it indicated that masks were required most of the staff was not wearing masks and mask wearing in the breakfast room was not unforced as none of the customers were wearing them

Breakfast was terrible. It was either pancakes, cereal, bagels, or toast. No fruit, egg product, etc. I didn't even bother to go there the second day. Location is excellent though. Overall I would come back. My biggest complaint was definitely the breakfast!

I actually booked this for my mom. My pregnant niece was having surgery and her boyfriend stayed in the hospital with her. My mom and other niece needed a place to sleep. So I booked the room. Check in was at 2pm. My nieces surgery was at 7am. It left my mom and niece hanging out in the car till they could check in. With restrictions, they couldn’t wait in the hospital. I told my mom to check and maybe they could check in early. I never imagined they’d let them check in at 7am. It really helped out. I appreciate it a lot.

They have closed their breakfast. I understand why they have done it but one of the reasons I picked this hotel was because it said free breakfast. I would think they could have some grab and go prepackaged pastries or something.
