Hampton Inn & Suites Avon Indianapolis

Check in person was great! We had a flight delay & missed connection and hw was so gracious and helpful when we arrived at 1:30am.

When I booked the room, it was "pay at hotel" but while sitting at the airport after a missed connection I got an alert that my card had been charged for the entire stay without even so much as a call to make sure we were still coming. At the very most would have been one night stay charge for late cancel or no show. I would have expected a call and when asked about it, they were not helpful in the explanation nor was it a consistent reason. They listed several options behind the "why" but nothing definitive. Frustrating because I had planned to use a different credit card for the room.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room, the staff was amazing and the location was perfect. Room was very spacious and the TV was actually very nice sized.

Breakfast was sparse or I should say not very well stocked. The omelets were gone, potatoes were almost gone, would have liked to have seen more out for early breakfast. 7 am. Waited almost 30 minutes and then they brought out about 6 of the omelets. Ended up just going out for breakfast.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was in a area that was away from the main road and was quiet. Fron desk staff was very polite and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and I got a great sleep. Also, I loved the shower. It had a pulsating shower head and it really helped with the headache I had because i felt like I was getting a head massage. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

I didn't like breakfast much. While there was many options to choose from, some of the food wasn't good. The bacon was pretty dry and I couldnt finish eating it. However, there was options of waffles, cereal, etc and it filled me up. Also, the pool seemed small. It looked like it could easily get crowded and not many different families/visitors could be there at once. Lastly, it would have been great to have additional seating in the hotel rooms. We only had the desk chair to sit in and would have been nice to have another chair to sit on instead of the bed.

. Modern cheerful facility. Well laid out and thoughtfully designed for functionality. Large rooms and windows. Nice 50 inch flat panel TV. Large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Nice glass enclosed shower.Bible??? Air condition unit very quiet 😌

channel..Well... a couple of small annoyances.. Not enough coffee packets. Since there is no bathtub in the units, I would have thought they would have complimentary shower caps available. None of the desk drawers had anything useful such as a phone book, list of restaurants close by, cable channel line up or note pads. Not even a bible??

We were so impressed the with sanitation practices! Our room was impeccable and were so happy to see that even the remote was sealed in plastic! How super was that? The property was spotless. Cassidy, Ben, and Zalea were exceptional! We had booked 3 days but due to impending treacherous weather, we had requested to cancel our last day without penalty in order to get ahead of it. Cassidy was concerned for our welfare and didn't even bat an eye at the request! We were visiting family and no doubt, will be staying here when we come again!

Not one thing!

I am sitting in this hotel currently and thinking we finally found a place we can call a second home! The hotel is remodeled and exquisite, the staff is amazingly friendly, the rooms are elegant, the beds are comfortable, the coffee is hot downstairs! We have been traveling to Indianapolis for months because my daughter has to have a liver transplant, every time we travel we try a different hotel just trying to find one that we are thrilled with, we have finally found it! This hotel is where we will book all of our stays as we meet with the transplant team every couple of months exclamation I highly recommend it if I could give it 10 stars I would!

The only complaint was the light coming in the window at night , even with the blackout shade you can’t block the light coming in from the sides and I like a dark room

Hampton Inn is always good quality- clean, comfortable rooms and great staff service. This particular hotel is newer with lots of extra touches including extra outlets/USB ports, large screen tv, spacious room.

It's probably the Avon/Indianapolis market, but this hotel runs expensive compared to others we have done business with.

I loved my room and the staff was awesome for every shift that we came in contact with. They were very accommodating an loved the free water.

I didn't have any.

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options, everything in the dining area was clean, and the person working was so nice and interacted with my kids in a very positive way.

Breakfast was good, 24 hour coffee love! Snacks and little sdore Location was so good close fo everything

Had to ask for towels after 3 days and for trash to be emptied
