Baymont by Wyndham Elkhart

Everything. The room was spacious and had good lighting. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. Saff was very polite and accommodating. The manager's little girl was so adorable. No complaints about breakfast. Facility was neat and clean. Room was quiet. Have stayed here several times and am never disappointed. A great place for a quiet getaway.

Wish there would have been a coffee maker in the room, but I am sure the staff would have offered coffee had I asked. They are great!

The man was super friendly. The lady, not so much, but she was just there when I checked out in the am. The room was super clean, fully stocked, and the place was quiet even though it was fully packed! Nice toiletries were left by the sink for the stay. They had breakfast in the am, which was just cereal, mini waffles, and biscuits and gravy, but it was good and better than not offering it at all!

House keeping didn't come to my room the next morning, but I may have been in my room still while they were doing their rounds. Wasn't a deal breaker. I'll go back!

The area exceeded the expectation of safety. Exterior cleanliness, the pillows and bed were comfortable. Loved having the option of a pool.

The bathroom has seen better days. Chips of the tub are missing inside and out. And I'm pretty sure the silicone molding is stained from black mold. Not sure why there was lotion or shampoo smeared down the wall near the sink. Everything else was perfect in my eyes for needs.

I like how nice and friendly the staff was and I liked that I paid exactly what booking.com rated me for. They didn’t even charge me extra for my dog.

We booked a room that was supposed to be handicap accessible but our room didn’t feel like it was. The bed was super high off the ground and I actually had to use a chair to help me get into the bed. The bathroom was the biggest let down, not at all designed for people with handicaps, the door would only open so wide because the bathroom was so small that the door actually hit the toilet when you’d open it. Also several burn marks in the sheets and chair. And we only had 3 pillows and when we asked front desk for another one they said they didn’t have any more. It’s an overall pretty nice place and the price wasn’t bad and the people running it were awesome. I just think some upgrades definitely need to be made.

I enjoyed that it was quiet cozy very clean. The beds were comfortable. No matter what the situation was they were very accommodating. They made sure if the room I washed wasn't available that they asked me if that was alright and made sure I was comfortable.

My heat wasn't working in my room. It was very cold and mildly uncomfortable. Other than that my stay was amazing as always. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I'm sure it'll be just fine my next stay

When I checked in the young man that checked me in with Terry, thorough on how we approached my service dog. He was extremely helpful and extremely nice. The room was incredible. The value of this hotel is unmatched. I will be going back there next week anytime that I’m near that area. Couldn’t say enough good things.

Breakfast was very good various selections to choose from. Could provide, in the future, some trays for carrying the breakfast up to the room, this would benefit the ones not able to get up and get down to the breakfast area.

TV remote was not operational had to use the buttons/switches located on the TV itself.

Everything!! The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was not noisy. The area was safe with many options for restaurants. 10+stars!!

There is nothing negative to say

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Usually, everything in the room works. The staff are friendly. There are laundry facilities which I need due to being on the road weeks at a time. It's in a good location with several restaurants in walking distance. The price through the app is always the lowest in the area.

I have stayed here many times. There are the usual little things that happen with older hotels. Hair dryer that doesn't work, something wrong with the toilet, etc. That's not a major problem for me. However, this hotel can be very noisy. I know they can't control outside noise, there are several restaurants in close proximity, but there always seems to be someone or several people making excessive noise in the hotel. We don't come here for leisure, we work out of the area and need our rest. I wish this hotel and others would have a noise ordinance clause where they charge extra if a person receives more than one noise complaint.

Daniel at check in was very friendly and helpful. Connected to parking lots of Red Lobster, Buffalo Wild Wings, another Restaurant, and a half a block from Texas Roadhouse, and Menards for shopping! McDonald’s was also half a block. Perfect location.
