The staff was amazing to deal with, very friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was like any other Hilton property, amazing. The location is pretty convenient if you need to get to the tollway or the grocery.

Room was smaller than your average hotel room for a king, as a solo traveler it felt a little cramped, if you’re traveling as a couple it might be too tight for you two to be comfortable. Breakfast was very minimal as far as options go.

I loved the very clean environment, the fancy touch free water dispenser, and the touch free ice machine made me feel very comfortable and confident in using them. The always available coffee, tea, and hot cocoa was really nice, the coffee and cocoa were both very tasty. I also loved the wall mounted soap, lotion, and other dispensers in the room.

The pillows were super mushy and not very great to sleep on, and it would have been nice if I could have used my own streaming stick with the in-room TV.

Didn't like not having a "traditional" area to hang my clothes. I know I'm old school, but that was an inconvenience. Especially since there were two of us. Also, the bedding was off. Both beds had a very thin bedspread and a mattress cover to cover up with. No comforter or blanket. Otherwise, it is a very nice property. I would stay there again. I think some of the staff just need to be trained on how to properly make a bed.

We loved everything! From the staff to the rooms to the comfortable beds, to the games area in the lobby for adults and kiddos, to the breakfast and even the concession style options for late night/anytime snacks in the lobby. We will definitely stay again.

My only complaint was the upcharge we got when switching our card for payment. We were only suppost to pay $97 and we were upcharged to $147 when we switched form of payment. That was a little off putting.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had area restaurant suggestions, things to do and other information posted on the wall opposite the elevators. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Drawers for clothes was non existant. And the closet was a pipe that hung over the cabinet that housed the refrigerator. Couldn't hang anything like a dress, the bottom would lay on the counter.

This is a very conveniently located property, which is why I've stayed 3-4 times with them. It's also clean and tidy, the breakfast, even during CoVid regulations is available and well presented. The lighting in the parking lot is also good so I feel safe.

I've not had an issue before this stay, but I was missing a blanket in the room. The coverlets did not include a comforter. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but the weather was cold and the room was not warm when I arrived. So getting it up to a comfortable level was problematic. I asked for one the next morning, but it wasn't delivered. Yes, I could have made a request but I didn't wish another trip to the lobby. The young woman at the front desk in the morning, who I had made the request from, realized she'd forgotten it and apologized before it came up. It's not what happens, it's what happens next .. so, well trained and pleasant trumps a missing blanket. I'll be back.

Breakfast was good, like the modern set up of room and bathroom, mostly clean, like the non-carpet floor, staff was very pleasant!

Shower mostly clean-some orange mold in corners, something strange needed to be wiped down off walls, heavy dust on some surfaces, very humid which made floors sticky. Be careful of wooden corners on bed! Ouch!

Friendly staff, allowed early check in and a phone call to check out. The breakfast food was good. A nice verity. I likes the keycard opening any door open to guests. The pool table was great to have available, at no cost. They had snacks and drinks available to purchase near the front desk instead of in a machine. Free coffee, tea, and hot coco any time of the day. Ample seating and charging stations. Cozy areas to hang out, with tables to play cards or games which were available free to use. There was plenty of parking and well lit. I would stay here again.

I noticed the pool table had a scratch on its table felt so the grandson wasn’t too interested in playing it more than once. He said it disrupted the game and a persons focus. The pool stick holder/ rack was broke so most sticks were on the floor, leaning on a wall. I own an Airbnb and know what people are looking for/ at. When we got in our room it felt like it was clean, but going into the bathroom, I seen where housekeeping missed a piece of toilet paper stuck on the inside of the toilet, which was dirty underneath, hair on the floor and on the lip of the shower. I stopped looking after that. My grandson said not to say anything.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, The breakfast was varied and delicious. Check in was easy.

The room floors could have been cleaner as well as the bathroom shoer stall. You could see that areas of the room floors had not been vacuumed and the drain in the shower had hair in it an the bathroom sink hand some mildew in the dain holes.

I wish there would have been a keurig in the room or the lobby. I like that there was access to coffee in the lobby, but I like having a relaxed cup of coffee in my own space. I also prefer a different kind of coffee, which I bring with me but was unable to make. Also, I wish there was a better option for diabetics for breakfast.
