Baymont by Wyndham Evansville East

The room was a nice size. Easy on & off highway access. Very friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast items. Fresh coffee 24/7 in lobby. We were greeted every time we walked thru the lobby & were made to feel welcomed. Loved Amanda the assistant manager! She was awesome.

The beds & pillows could definitely be firmer. Housekeeping was subpar. We were there a week & our sheets were never changed. We only received clean towels once. We had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper & soap. Loud noise from freeway.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Rates were fantastic. This is one of the better locations we have stayed in the Evansville area, especially for the price. Our room was clean when we got there. Our bathroom was restocked when we got back from our day out and our personal belongings were untouched. We didn't notice any odors throughout the hotel during our stay. There were ice machines on the first and third floors, near the elevator. The fridge in our room was a bit larger than what we are used to, with separate door for the freezer. We appreciated the extra space as we like to bring drinks and snacks. Breakfast is usually a determining factor for us when choosing a hotel, and the offerings here were pretty typical. There was cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit, bagels, pastries, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, and milk. There may have been more, I'm not sure. I LOVED that the bagels, bread, and pastries were individually wrapped and that the milk was in small cartons in the fridge instead of a carafe. I also loved that there were eggs because I don't eat meat but still need protein at the start of my day. Based on my experience, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location Clean Room( 117), King Room, Non Smoking ..it had a couple scratches on the furniture, and maybe the chairs could be a little updated, but it was clean and the bed was super comfortable!! The tv worked, but it wasn't a smart tv ..an older LG tv. Shower was clean, the toilet could have been a little cleaner on the inside Had coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer hanging on th r back of the bathroom door. Loved the darkening curtains . Arrived a little after 2, the guy who checked us in was super nice, the next guy..didn't really speak . Lobby area is clean, spacious, decorated nice and welcoming . Breakfast was so good!. Water, juice, milk , coffee, cereal, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cheese omelet..also some bananas , assorted danishes, assorted muffins ,yogurt . Located close to stores, restaurants, 15 or so minutes to the riverwalk and casino.

Everything was fine . Like I said maybe would have liked an inside pool as they don't have any pools .

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and near many restaurants!

The only 2 things 1- white “stuff” in the corners in the bathroom, the floor (probably old sealant/caulking), should have been cleaned up. 2- I saw something about a pool, but never saw a sign to show me where it was! Our grandchildren, that were with us, might have enjoyed it!

I like that room had a refrigerator and microwave and also on the third floor, ice machine, pop machine and snacks. I like that the bed was comfortable and relaxing. Water was very nice and hot. Price for the day was great. Hotel was quiet and peaceful for the evening and the next morning. Breakfast was fine for continental. Overall, this hotel was very clean and I would stay here again. No bugs here!

I didn't like the toilet handle need to be replaced with maintenance and the rim of toilet needed a good cleaning, it had black marks or mold perhaps. Pillows was not soft.

The staff at check iin was very friendly and helpful. I liked the variety of foods offered. They were prepared and displayed well.

Overall cleanliness of my room and property was good. I did find a small amount of trash in my room under the edge of the bed and several long black hairs in my bathtub. Since I'm bald I know they were not mine.

My room was very neat, clean and comfortable. I left two shirts in the room when I checked out on a Saturday, they promptly mailed them to me early Monday morning. I really appreciated that. The only downside was, when I pulled into the parking lot, there was an old broken down truck which looked like it had been parked there for a very long time (it had two flat tires which looked dry rotted to me). Not a very good impression. The only other downside was, when I left my room early Saturday morning for breakfast, there was one or two people sleeping on the floor at the opposite end of the hallway. I know this is not the hotel’s fault, but it was not something I wanted to see. Other than that, the place was very nice and the staff person, Sherry (I think that was her name) was very pleasant and helpful.

Old trick in the parking lot with two flat tires. Looked like it had been there a while.

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom/shower was good, clean with good water pressure and shower height. No issues. Would book here again.

Toilet is low. There are no USB ports. Wish the pool was indoor. But honestly, I'm nitpicking. It's really very comfy.

Beds were soft, room was clean ( I bought a blacklight flashlight and checked the beds. To my surprise and relief they were good) also liked the breakfast I will be back.

No hot tub or at least at certain times of the year. I was there in late October so I understand BUT would be nice to have one.

it is an easy and convenient place to stay and great value for the price. Breakfast is decent and close to all rooms since this is a small hotel.

Our pillows were very lumpy. The beds and bath are very clean, but the room was dirty under the furniture and there were cobwebs in the corners.
