Breakfast was not eaten here, however the options available would satisfy. The location is conveniently located from restaurants and shopping. The commode leaked when flushed, however was quickly resolved. The check-in personnel was very apologetic and offered another room, however settling had already been done so extra towels were given. Upon checking out the room was flagged as not available and and a call was made for repair. This establishment cares about the property and does everything to ensure a comfortable stay. I was in town for 2 funerals. Not only was personnel empathetic, they went the extra mile to make a stressful moment as stress free as possible. I will be back.

It would have been nice to have a hard copy listing of available channels or networks on the television or something to show the channel for the TV guide.

I was given a room upgrade to a suite at no extra charge, to get me closer to the entry. It was an amazing room. A separate sitting room and bedroom. After a nice hot shower, I slept in the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on. I slept so well, I never even moved. It was like a cloud. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my stay easier. Exceptional customer service and an exceptional room.

The room was clean, looked nice, plenty of towels, pillows, the bed was even comfortable I was surprised. I had plenty of room for my stuff and the blinds were good too because I don't like alot of light when I sleep. It wasn't noisy or anything like other places are. The staff was very nice and helpful I definitely would stay here again.

They didn't have a hot breakfast depsite other hotels around the area that did have them. They didn't have a do not disturb sign on my door despite other rooms that did have one.

I liked the breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a small shopping area 5 minutes away. They have a Chinese restaurant called Chop Sticks with delicious food and great staff. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely stay again.

Had a small issue with housekeeping due to language. Most did not speak english but they kept the place nice and clean.

The front desk lady who wouldn't give me another room on my third night and said that the clean lady couldn't clean it until later on that afternoon and when she did I would get I would have to sit out in the lobby. So I went ahead and checked out and then rebooked through booking.com about 1:30 and she told me I couldn't check in until 3:00 even though there was no one there

The breakfast was amazing, a nice hot breakfast! The hotel was very pretty and comfortable. I liked the setup of the room and the hotel itself. The outdoor pool was still open which was exciting, just too cool to use on our date, but so nice that it was still open even a few weeks after Labor Day. Super nice front desk staff who checked us in.

I stay here alit and had found a bed bug in July when I showed the lady at desk she told me I'd get a discount on my next stay ifi didn't say anything thought was weird well went in today and they said I get the best discount that's offered through this sight and wouldn't great me anything I also tried to contact support and noone helped me out

What a great value. Recently redecorated with a boutique hotel feel. Located in a large retail area of Evansville near the freeway. Multiple shopping centers and malls and plenty of dining options.

Nothing really. Had I paid full price or what the room was worth, I could find a few things to nit pick about, but it was exactly what I needed at a ridiculous price.

The price was decent and and location was convenient.

The gentleman that checked us in wasn't very welcoming. He lacked hospitality to say the least. Our sink drain plug didn't work so the sink filled up with water when I brushed my teeth, couldn't get it to drain at all. Our room says no smoking but our bed sheet said otherwise as there were two burn marks. I took pictures of things that were wrong before we checked out, considering they had a damage/stolen sign at the desk. Which they would withhold $100 from your account at check out. Til the room was looked at.

Very clean, quite, and comfortable!

There was somebody staying in the room next to me waking up every morning banging on both sides of the wall screaming. Was told she had been there for a min staying there but I don’t know if she is in the right state of mind. Caught her fighting with the curtains to the hotel.
