Sleep Inn Henderson

Breakfast was just right and as expected. The facility is quiet and clean. Our room had everything we needed: clean and comfortable beds, refrigerator and TV, clean bathroom with all amenities. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The location is convenient enough, but the driveway into the Inn and neighborhood is a bit difficult to see, especially in the dark, and not very welcoming or appealing.

Wonderful breakfast. The best hot hotel breakfast I’ve had in years. Friendly, helpful staff. Stayed on the first floor. Clean, seamless walk-in shower. Fluffy, clean, white towels and wash cloths. Great bedding. I will stay again when in the area.

Time to change out the hall carpet. But the aquarium in the lobby is sparkling clean and beautiful.

Staff was nice and Christmas tree and decorations were nice. Location was good and central.

the room had an smell that could have been an odor from outside being that it was in Kentucky. kinda like a farm smell that I used to experience growing up in Uniontown, Kentucky. I’m just saying that rooms and hotel could have smelled a little fresher. otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

The room was handicap accessible which is what I needed. It had all the amenities we needed. It was located central to all the things that were planned to do during our visit.

The room smelled faintly musty. There was a dampness in the air like the room had flooded at some point and the moisture was still in air.

The only thing I have ever had a problem with is something I doubt they can fix. The entrance to the property is not well marked and there is only one way out onto a busy highway with limited access in only one direction.

I have stayed here several times when I come to Henderson. The facility is clean, the staff is cordial.

Breakfast was excellent. MORE than expected. Location near everything.

The WIFI was TERRIBLE. That is the only thing that kept me from giving you a higher score. In todays world you need good WI-FI

The breakfast was great room was clean staff very nice.

I did not like my room not being cleaned daily and no fresh towel room was cleaned and fresh towels for 3rd day but I had to ask for it to be cleaned

We loved the room, shower and breakfast

the bed was a little hard and there to look like such a modern room with a cool shower, it didn’t have charging ports for your phone. We forgot to bring our cubes so our phones were about to die.

Beds were comfortable.

Although we were on the first floor in a non-smoking room, the odor of cigarette smoking ( which was allowed on the third floor) was noticeable throughout the entire building. Really could have used a second chair in our room.Especially at this time when we choose to eat in our room due to Covid. One of us had to eat sitting on a bed.

I was greeted by their nice and friendly staff then went to find a clean room (not all hotel rooms are) which was also was nicely decorated. They actually served breakfast (kind of a bag breakfast, but a breakfast nonetheless), in these COVID days is hard to find. I really enjoyed my stay here.
