VERY clean! Awesome and beautiful location that is well maintained. Very friendly, professional, helpful employees at the reception and breakfast area. We loved our suite and the beds. There were complimentary toiletries. Plenty of parking. Good, tasty breakfast (we went right when breakfast opened). Plenty of outside area for dogs. Great value for money.

We really loved EVERYTHING about the hotel itself, BUT (!!!) the night we stayed there there were so many kids around!!!! We have absolutely nothing against children, but when they come in hoards and these hoards run around (with what seems absolutely no supervision), and the elevator doors are smeared with ice-cream , and you can barely walk from the entrance to the elevator, the swimming pool was basically completely filled with children, children kept playing with the elevator buttons (pressing all the buttons), etc… then that is NOT ok! I know, they were sports teams who stayed there. I understand that, but that whole situation was not alright at all. That situation was actually completely horrible!!!

Mr. Huggy in the dining area !!! He is always so friendly and very helpful to everyone who needs it !!! He is one of the reasons we keep coming back !!! He deserves a raise or appreciation party ! IAll the staff was very nice !!!

Front elevator needs fixed. Not functioning correctly. Somebody pooped in the pool and the grandkids didn't get to spend as much time in the pool as they wanted while they were cleaning it. That wasn't the staff or hotels fault.

The staff was amazing! My Dad had a 2-day medical procedure, and had to keep his head in an upright position for 24-hours post-procedure. The medical staff recommended that we transfer him via wheelchair from the car to his room, but the hotel didn't have any-they offered to let him use a computer chair, and they even assisted me getting him out of the car and into our room. I couldn't have ask for better customer service!

Someone on our floor had a dog in their room, and he was barking quite a bit-not enough to warrant calling the front desk, but just enough to be annoying

This hotel is amazing!! My boyfriend and I have never stayed in this chain hotel before. But it certainly won't be our last. The moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness and great information. Including the fact the provide a dinner and give free drinks. That was a huge bonus. The room was way bigger than expected it was a High Floor King with a sitting area. Everything was cleaned thoroughly. The pool looked awesome though we didn't get a chance to use it. Honestly all the staff was very helpful made us laugh several times they all went above and beyond.

That we had to leave. Honestly if we could have stayed longer we would have. No complaints here🙂

It's the second time we've been there. For the most part everything is fine.

The food. The sausage patties are an interesting shade of gray, the hot dogs are also their own shade of gray, the scrambled eggs are poured out of a carton I'm fairly sure and the coffee is worse than "fine navy coffee." Also, you have to hold the toilet handle down until the toilet has completely flushed or your loved one will have quite the surprise. Last time we were there the pool was freezing cold so we didn't even try it again and the hot tub was still being worked on, which the last time we were there was in September, so 2 months and they still haven't fixed it. With that being said, we do love it there, but, you asked.

Room great and clean. Check in person obviously should not be in a customer service position as he was disinterested and unhelpful. However, three other desk staff very personable and happy. Breakfast staff exceptional. On the very poor side loud adult guest could be heard clearly until after midnight. Morning desk staff asked if I called down to complain, I said no that everyone could clearly hear him. They did refund a small amount on my bill.

One rude unhelpful check in staff member and noise causing very little sleep on the second night.

Everything we needed was there with no need to even leave the premises. The free meals were excellent, and our room was right across from the pool, which we loved. If we wanted different food, there are restaurants nearby. It is also near other amenities. One thing we would suggest is an adult swim time. We love kids, but it would have been nice for us to have used the pool while we were there. We only had access to the hot tub, and the kiddos took over that!

As noted above, too many kiddos in the pool. How about daily adult-only swim times?

nowhere on the website does it say that above and beyond the 40 pet fee there is also an additional $50 hold for “incidentals”. Due to a prior accident on our road trip our travel became extremely tight and we became worried we would have the funds to make it home. While we did, it did cause us much worry. on your website there should be a clear explanation of this policy.

Check in staff was super friendly which is really nice after traveling. Happy hour was great; Breakfast was good; hot, plentiful, tasty and well maintained especially with a lot of kids coming through. The man doing the work was well dressed and made it a point to ask everyone if they were enjoying it or needed anything. Bed was very comfortable; loved the pillows and room was cleaned well. And they had the game on, with sound, during the happy hour!!!

Updated restroom i.e. the tub. The front desk girl wasn't very friendly when checking out. Not as much toward me but to the guy in front of me so I expected what I got.

The staff was amazing. They let us check in early so we could get ready for my daughters wedding. The rooms were super clean and we liked how the toilet sat in the corner of the bathroom. The bed was really nice It was quiet. The pool area is nice. The free food is a great idea. I ate a bowl of chili then went back to make chili cheese dogs,which is when i learned the truth about the hot dogs🤣 Dad enjoyed the free alcholic beverages. My wife enjoyed the free 24 hour coffee pots. We will definitely stay there again when we go back uo to visit the kids. We may leave our swim suits at home

The only complaints i have is. The pool was cold. The sausage at the breakfast was not good quality The scrambled eggs were instant eggs The boiled eggs were cold. The hot dogs were not good.
