They are very nice at the front desk. Loved the pool. Breakfast was ok, same food everyday. Change would be nice. Location is great.
Internet wasn't working 1st day, 2nd day I had a bit of trouble, 3rd day I just ended up using my own hot spot on my phone. I travel here for work and If I cant use the internet, I might have to check out somewhere else to stay so I can work. For now I will give one more chance because I really like everything else. I visit at least once a month for a week if not more.

We were on the first floor and it was quiet and in the middle of town.
I got a call from the front desk around 10pm asking if I was smoking in my room, which I explained i was not. She then came to my room to "check" then told me if I get caught then i will be fined $250?! Come to find out it was a young man down the hall the whole time because the smoke alarm ended up going off in his room 🙄

I didn't realize that there were multiple concerts going on that night! I was calling on my drive and every hotel was booked. I was thankful to get a room here. Met expectations, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious. The fridge made noise in the room which kept me awake. But the location was ideal and it was safe and quiet and close to evansville!

Cleanliness, affordability, amenities (loved the bigger fridge and microwave). Was great having 24/7 coffee downstairs. Loved the continental bfast. Staff was wonderful!
My husband said some of the gym equipment was faulty. I believe the elliptical and bicycle did not function properly

My special needs daughter has a service dog. I took him out to go potty before going to bed. He ran off. I looked everywhere for him. I went inside and told the manager. She came outside with me to help me look. She even called another property next door for them to be on the lookout for him. He came back an hour or two later barking at the door. She let him in & called me. She went above & beyond her job for me & my daughter. Thank you!

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating with going the extra mile locating a walker for our elderly/handicapped mother who didn’t bring her walker because of pride.
I was hoping for a better breakfast bar. No milk, no cereal, no grits, no oatmeal all of which could be added simply since a small refrigerator and hot water were both available. COVID precautions could still be achieved.

The hotel was maintained well and the front desk staff was outstanding. Super friendly and courteous staff made our stay very comfortable.
The only shortfall was the room only had 2 large bath towels. When having a jacuzzi in the room I would expect to have a second set of bath towels to use for showering later on.
