Fairfield Inn by Marriott Evansville West

The pool, breakfast,the cleaning, closer to other restaurants.

When the Elevator shift on me and drop. About 2" on Monday 22nd.and me and my cousin had to wait a few minutes to get out and the next day we had to walk down the stairs,I and my cousin have Arthritis in our legs.everything else was good.

Loved the waffles loved the staff very helpful and very nice like a family. Nice and clean hotel comfortable beds over all very nice comfortable place to stay will visit again. I think I’ll change to this hotel after 18 years visiting Evansville in Thankyou so much!!

I didn’t care for the eggs or meat they served at breakfast. The commode clogged a few times no one came to check it they had left so front desk brought me a plunger 😂

The hotel was very clean.

There was mold in our room. I am not sure if it was in the heating/ cooling unit or just around the windows. I am highly toxic to mold.

The location was excellent for my family visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am disabled and the parking and room location were very good for me.

Whatever that item was on the breakfast buffet called sausage did not resemble anything I have tasted before. Definitely not a deal breaker. Just a personal comment.

The location and price

Was told there was a $200 deposit for local residents (surrounding area)Oboro ,Henderson& Mt.Vernon. I didn't know this until arriving to the hotel! Was able to keep my reservation and was charged a deposit but FYI might be charged a deposit!!

It was my 1st time staying at a Fairfield location. The breakfast was always good with nice verity. Staff was helpful and friendly.

There was no hand/body soap in the room but when I asked about it the explanation was within reason in today's world.

very close to USI, excellent breakfast. very helpful front desk staff

our room was on an end close to the highway. very loud. it never really let up. and our keys didn’t work in the AM. have to have them rescanned in under 11 hours

Very clean and very friendly service. Very nice for what we needed. Cleaner than most places I've stayed. The pool was closed, the only negative to the trip. Gym was nice and clean. Very convienient location. Thanks!

As I said, the pool was closed. That was the only dissapointment. I'm sure there were good reasons for this, because it was open when we arrived.

On December 12, 2020, two young couples traveling from Point Pleasant, RI told Evansville Fairfield Inn Staff they saw a large grey creature, who hadn't paid but was staying in a reserved suite.. The creatures eyes "glowed red", spoke politely and looked like a "large flying man with ten-foot wings"

I had a delay in my arrival and couldn't be here until the next day, I asked if I could get the room that I reserved and paid for but the attendant told me that I would be charged for another day, so I sat in the lobby with a reserved and paid for room empty

The location was great, the front desk girls were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was there was no adjusting the air. It still was awesome.
