Staff was excellent, we had 3 rooms and my family loved it.
Needs to be renovated. Door don’t open and close well. Bathroom doors were hard to close and looked like someone scraped some paint off. Ran out of coffee

First of all, the price was extraordinarily & in my budget. Our reservation request were met with the most kindest desk attendant. This location is clean, quiet & comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here.

Concierge was ultra amazing and food services were very nice. Really cleaned up and put together
The indoor pool was closed the days we were there. We requested a late check out and staff said okay. Told the room cleaning and they said it was there last room, ended up throwing our fridge items away and keeping some others. Front desk did nothing to rectify

Small bathtub, everything we tried to watch on the TV was in Spanish(even though the info n channel wasn't a Spanish channel) , coffee pot in our room had a smell to it.

The room was spacious, the jacuzzi was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
The door lock was finicky and stopped working at one point so we couldn't get in to the room until maintenance came around.
