Your staff is always really very friendly there, and I’ve never overcharged for more than what I agree

The last two times I have stayed there the rooms between 132 and 120 there’s a room that you can smell pot real strong coming out of. I don’t know what you can do about it, but it does need to be addressed as it’s very offensive. Also, I think you need to have your carpets cleaned. I was noticing a lot of tracks of dirt in the hallways in my room 222 until the air conditioner took the humidity out. It was a carpet was very tacky for 

The staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable. Hotel clean. Easy to get to nearby destinations. The breakfast was like most hotel breakfasts. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

I have no complaints...I guess I was hoping there would be a hot tub along with the pool and the fitness center could have been a little bigger but thats nothing that is a deal breaker as far as staying again sometime.

Clean, updated, very good size tv with clear picture and only hotel I have stayed had covered the space between the door and carpet, which means it was really quiet. Also the entrance doors were automatic. Also it was in a good and quiet location

There were no elevators so a disabled person can only stay in rooms on ground floor. The breakfast needs some protein, biscuits and gravy doesn’t cut it.

I booked without any expectations knowing it was not highly (a 2 rating), but it fit my budget and had good reviews I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was, how friendly and helpful the staff. The shuttle from the airport was a mere 5 minute wait and i arrived after 12:30 PM. All in all I was very pleased with my experience. and I would stay here again. Thank you!

Found a room for me when your other hotel could not. They made me feel welcome at 12:03 in the morning and they had parking. The night clerk was a wonderful young woman who was able to cope with an older person who was very very tired and frustrated with booking.com

Absolutely nothing

The hotel was easy to get to, and we were able to park close to our room. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing.

Some of the door were “exit only” due to construction, so we had to walk around to get back inside. The maids started knocking to get us out of the room at 9:00am when checkout was at 11:00am.

Overall a great spot to stay before flying out early the next morning. Hotel was clean, staff were great, and the free shuttle made it very convenient. I'd stay here again for a night.

It's not somewhere you'd want to stay long term but for the night it fit the bill perfectly.

The location was close to the airport and had a good shuttle service. The drivers both to and from were very good and professional. The front desk staff were very friendly and met all of our needs. Hats off to you. We will definitely stay there again. Also the room was very inviting and the cleanliness was good and the price of the room was very reasonable. Thank you

The breakfast was great. Could have used a larger eating area, but the food was just what I like. The facility was very quiet and the room was very adequate for our family of grandkids. Best facility we stayed in on this mini vacation with the grandkids.

The room was very comfortable and the amenities were much nicer than expected.

Parking seemed a bit limited and the continental breakfast could have been a bit better, but neither was bad by any means.
