Absolutely beautiful building right near the river! The room itself is small but so cute and so comfortable. The blankets are soft and fluffy and the bed was really comfortable although on the more form side but that’s personal preference. The bathroom is really big for the size of the room! And provides so many soaps, shampoos and other little things you might need. The view was amazing at sunset. I loved the little detail of having the tv day welcome with my name on it! Breakfast had so many options, from a waffle station, to fluffy cheesy omelettes and some prepackaged snacks if you want a quick bite to go. Complimentary bottled water and coffee all day, great stay!

Construction in front makes parking impossible for checking in before parking in deck. difficult when you have disability to expect to walk with luggage around deck into front lobby check in just to get keycard to unlock door from parking deck. should leave 1st floor check in desk parking ramp door unlocked for customers.

We loved the location as it was within walking distance to the Iowa Cubs game we were attending, as well as the river walk and bars/restaurants. The fireworks both nights, provided by the Iowa Cubs, were fantastic and we had the perfect view from our balcony. We also loved the view of the river from our balcony.

The property was very clean. Check in was super easy! We were on the 4th floor and the connected parking structure had hotel access on each floor.
We only stayed one night and there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

we’ve stayed prior and enjoyed it and being close to things to do downtown.
How I stood waiting to check in and was ignored but when a gentleman came in she hopped up and asked if she could help him. so I waited longer. Our door handles didn’t appear to have been wiped down, lots of fingerprints.

The price was a lot and then you have to pay a meter to park along a street or pay to park in a parking garage for additional rate!! Lots of unknowns before getting there and paying extra on top of a expensive room!!

It was a very nice stay we enjoyed the clean comfortable room and bed, friendly staff. We will stay there again.
We do understand that in this times you are not able to serve a big and great breakfast. We are totally ok with a grab and go, but it would be nice if there would be jam or similar items not only butter and cream cheese for the bagels. And also maybe prepacked muffins or other items.
