The room was very comfortable and clean. Close to downtown attractions, easy to walk around. Staff was friendly and helpful. I chose the Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast - the coffee was good, the staff was efficient.

The lobby is all hard surfaces so with people in the bar I could barely hear the clerk at check-in. Parking was $30/day which I didn't see when I reserved my room online.

The location was quiet, felt safe, and very convenient for our trip needs. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

It was a little overpriced for the accommodations. The room was very muggy, the AC didn’t seem to cool sufficiently. The ice machine was broken on our floor. Breakfast is a la cart and very pricey as well.

The pool was a perfect depth for my kids. The staff was always available and attentive when I needed them. The room was beautiful and it even had a balcony which we didn't expect. Overall, I would choose to stay here again.

Breakfast options were sparse. Covid related? No microwave in the room (however, we knew this when we booked the room) Sheets for the pull out bed were not stocked room upon arrival. (The staff fixed this quickly for us)

Beds were very comfortable, lots of lamps with outlets, shower had larger containers of shampoo/conditioner/body wash that staff can replace/refill to reduce waste. Staff was great and very friendly.

The indoor pool wasn't heated, though the ambiant temperature in the pool room was warmer than everywhere else. A heated pool would have made it much more pleasant. The breakfast wasn't free, and starbucks machine was down.

Cleanliness, location, ease of booking and registration, comfort

We were near the door to the parking lot, which was convenient, but the door was pretty noisy as it closed each time someone entered. Thankfully it was not a busy night.

Don’t like that the cameras don’t reach the whole parking lot. My sisters boyfriends truck was stolen out of the parking lot but because the cameras don’t show the entire parking lot it wasn’t caught on camera.

the employees were friendly and it was very clean. the beds were comfortable. it was within walking distance to the surgery center.

The location was great for my needs. The room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff and management went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be under the circumstances. We were there to see someone in the hospital for several days. They always asked how they could help us and were so kind.

My special needs daughter loves the pancakes and eggs lol I had major back surgery this facility was close my girls felt safe !! Thank you Being disabled the rates were tough but it was worth it 😊
