I just don't like staying in the far back of the hotel' It's scare, after dark when your out walking your dog before you go to bed. Last time I had a man approach me asking me where the ice machine was at and I was all the way in the back where the gravel was at, with my dog. and he was not a guest, I walked far away from him and showed him where it was at, The next thing I seen he got in his truck and took off. It was a run down old truck to. I don't know what would have happen if I hadn't of had my dog with me. Because it was around 11pm when it happen.

We were on our way to Pigeon Forge and needed a break. WE LOVED staying here!!! We wished, that we could had taken it to Pigeon Forge with us!! Very clean, comfortable bed, pillows, no carpet, and a big room right next to the pool!! Staff was wonderful and nice. We wanted to sit in the hot tub and the staff came out to turn up the heat for us and to make sure we were okay with the pool. The pool was huge and we enjoyed it greatly!! I just wish I could had taken this hotel with us!! This is worth the money!! I would stay here again!!!!

Nothing!! Everything was top notch!! Even other guests were wonderful to talk to and enjoy!! Only little complaint was the items for the breakfast. Could had been better with juices and other items.

Located just 5 minutes from Indian Mtn. State Park, it was a convenient location. The clerk who checked us in was happy, funny, and had great customer service! He told us about nearby places to visit, and made sure everything went smoothly. Rooms were nice and comfy with a big bathtub, which I insist on, and very clean.

Breakfast was minimalist, but still a nice touch.

It was a great place to stay for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Always skeptical of older hotels...however when we arrived @7:30pm we were geeted by Dillion who provided outstanding customer service. We were just passing through and glad we found this place. Highly recommend

It would have been great if there would have been more of a breakfast ...but everything else was great!

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet location hotel. I’m a light sleeper so I appreciated Dylan’s help when choosing a room for me.

Sink faucet loose and tub needed to be re-caulked. I would recommend travelers eat dinner at another exit - there’s not a good dine-in restaurant at that exit.

When we arrived, the person at the front desk said there was no reservation for us. He said they don't honor reservations by Booking.com. Luckily, he did have 2 rooms available. He charged us the price from booking. Later, I looked directly at their site on the internet and their price was cheaper.

Breakfast

I had questioned our stay there after reading the reviews however, we were well satisfied. The room was a bit dated but it was clean, the king bed was so comfortable. If I had a complaint it would be that there was a work crew staying close to us that drank and partied most of the night interrupting our sleep. We will however definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, priced right and close to freeway and food. Pool looked very inviting but started to storm before I could enjoy it.

I reserved the room for 3 and was assured there were enough towels when in fact only 2 towels were present not really a problem but it was late and storming. The included breakfast is considered a grab and go, it consisted of packs of crackers and peanut butter, just know this before you book.

The location was right off the expressway. Easy off and easy on. The room was clean and in a quiet area where we had a good nights sleep. It wasn’t fancy but the price was an excellent value. It was all we expected, and a little more! We will definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was a minimal grab and go. That didn’t bother us because there was a McDonald’s right next door.

I liked the location, and the bed was very comfortable and the woman at the desk was very helpful, pleasant and polite. I also liked the Kuerig coffee maker in the room.

The refrigerator did not work. I didn't like paying extra for my small dog. That was the only unexpected charge added. LaQuinta never charged for a pet.
