Holiday Inn Florence, an IHG Hotel

Our doors keycard reader stopped working. We told the front desk and they switched out key cards thinking the cards were faulty. They didn’t work either so the front desk had to come up and manually use a key to let us into the room. We still to go to dinner that night and were told that maintenance went to dinner and would be back soon. An hour and a half later we called the front desk who told us that maintenance was still not back and they we were to let them know when we came back and they would let us into our room.

The gray haired woman who cleaned on 3rd floor was very nice. I was glad we were able to change rooms from 323 to 314. Room 323 has marks on the carpet which makes the room look unclean.

I was surprised at the hallway floors having stuff on them and not being clean. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with all the cleaning. But to me it gave the place a dirty feeling. The breakfast was alright but the same thing everyday. We stayed 4 nights.

The room was very nice. My 3 Daughters and I always do a Black Friday Shopping Trip. We are from Louisville, LaGrange, Ky. The room was super big,

The next morning we tried to have breakfast at the hotel, however the guy running the breakfast buffet was very rude. There were no plates and he acted like it was a big deal just to get us some plates. We left and went somewhere else.

Very clean and inviting. Room was very nice. I like the Dove convenience in bathroom.

The heated pool was not that warm and they didnt have proper ventalation in pool room. It was very difficult to breath comfortably and made pool and hotel entry smell like chlorine intensely.

The smell of the lobby after cleaning early in the morning. The $8 breakfast was just ok. Most places we stayed on our road trip included the free breakfast that was similar to what we paid extra for.

Very clean. Very easy to find from expressway. Great breakfast buffet for 8.00 a person. Staff was very helpful and nice. Great price. Rooms had everything you need in them and we couldn't hear nothing at night. I would definitely recommend. Easy parking as well

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located.

The pictures shown on your website were misleading. We thought this hotel had a large dining area and two different bars. That was not the case.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfasts were good. Location was nice and had plenty of food/shopping options within a 10 min. Drive.

They could maybe employ an extra worker or two in the mornings to help with the Breakfast. While the breakfast system itself was very convenient especially during Covid times; there was only one server during the few mornings I was there and, seemed to be too much for one person to handle efficiently when the lobby was full.

Room layout was great. Cleanliness was on point. Location was great. Fast check in and out.

The breakfast voucher system and the breakfast itself could have been better.

We did not use the breakfast because we were under the impression that the breakfast buffet was free like at the Holiday Inn Express
