The location was perfect for our trip to the Ark, Creation Museum, and Newport. The property was clean and I enjoyed the free coffee 24/7. The room was large enough for our family of 6 to fit comfortably. I loved the large fridge and fully stocked kitchen, that saved us some money on food. The room was very quiet and we couldn’t hear hallway noise unless we were right next to the door, the slow close doors were amazing!

Though the hallway noise was minimal and you couldn’t hear doors slamming, we could hear the person above us, it sounded like they were running laps/stomping and it lasted for hours. Also, the pool was unavailable the first night we were there and was not heated so it was quite chilly.

I think breakfast was one of the best perks of staying here. The location was great, very close to the airport and several places to shop.

Unfortunately this is a dealbreaker for me staying at a Home2 Suites in the future. The bathroom door did not lock, as it was on a rolling bar. You could also see through the crack between the door and inside the bathroom. When you enter the room, you’re in direct visibility of the bathroom mirror through the crack in the door, where everything can be seen. I’m sorry, but it is just creepy. I get why the door could be assembled this way to save space and maybe seem more “modern” but I’ll stick to a good old fashioned double hinged door that locks, especially when it comes to the bathroom.

Took our grandchildren for an outing close to home. Although the temp of the pool was a little cooler than I would have liked, the kids didn't seem to mind. It was close to places to eat. Breakfast was much better than expected which made the cost of the room a better value. Staff was helpful and friendly. We did not use the kitchen facilities in the suite but we are returning with other grandchildren in a couple of weeks and will keep that in mind for the next visit.

The towel dispensers in the restrooms off of the breakfast area were not working. Could not locate any sort of TV channel guide in the room so it was seek and find for TV viewing.

Housekeeping should be daily instead of having to request it. It is easier for someone who does not want it to request it than a family of four who will obviously be needing towels. Also, we had an empty tissue box and barely any toilet tissue when we arrived. We arrived late at night to the hotel and did not know to request housekeeping. The housekeepers were knocking on our door at 9:30 am on day of checkout. They woke my family up. They actually knocked on the door three times before we ever checked out even after we told them it would be later when we left. Checkout time is not until 12:00 pm so I found this to be so rude and unacceptable. It set a terrible mood for the day.

The fact that the picture that are online are exactly what the hotel looks like. The room was clean, plenty of linen for bedding. The bedding smelled freshly washed and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and the food was good. There was plenty to choose from. The gym and pool area was warm and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Very pleasant

If I had to say I didn’t like something about the property, I would say I wish the water in the pool was warmer.

It was so clean and so comfortable. The lady working the front desk was really friendly! Also, there was so much storage which is rare in a lot of hotels.

The only thing that wasn’t great is the breakfast set up. There were so many people staying there and the breakfast area didn’t seem to be set up well to support that many people.

Very clean. Spacious. Comfortable mattress. Suite had beautiful kitchen equipped with dishes cups glasses utensils small appliances.

Our room was on the first floor at the end of the hall, next to the door to the outside and we heard that door open and close every time someone went thru it starting around 6 a.m. If you get up early that's no big deal but we wanted to sleep in and were not able to do so cuz the door shutting was loud in our room.

Still doing Covid precautions for breakfast, but the lady helping you do that was very nice and they had a variety of heatable sandwich items, as well as assorted poptarts, granola bars, yogurts, and milks. Fire outside was nice, as was the hot chocolate/coffee. We had our large family and our dog, got a suite with two queens, a pullout, and a kitchenette, and we were very comfortable and everything was very clean! The indoor pool was a great way to burn some energy, and the staff was always very friendly and helpful! They even had a bowl of dog treats in the lobby! Very pet and large family friendly!

Room was very spacious and allowed for privacy for adult kids travelling with us. Very clean a d staff was great.

Very large group at breakfast, and so not really enough food. Took me 45 min to get close enough to breakfast buffet to eat. Maybe alternate solution on days with huge crowds? Group was very nice and everything, just maybe planning for more food/staff?

The room was so convenient for my family of 6. I was able to prepare some meals in the room, kids loved the pool and had plenty of room to sleep. It had service for 6, cups, mugs, plates, silverware, serving spoons and dishes. I was a little skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. Full size fridge and plenty of room for storage. Will definitely be looking for this hotel for future stays.
