when ever I can I always book with Home2 Suites because of how big the rooms are and how clean they are.
when we arrived about 10 minutes before check in are room wasn’t ready which I understand but the front desk couldn’t tell me when it would be ready so we came back about 1 hour and 30 minutes later and it was still not done and still didn’t know when it would be done. Also when we come down for breakfast there was a dog setting on the furniture and for use that was unacceptable so we left. It wasn’t a service dog and it should have been on the floor or on the owner’s lap not the furniture because other people have to set down and eat there, and yes I have animals but never on furniture where other people have to eat or set. Maybe there should be a rule that they need to be on floor.

Location was great. Breakfast was adequate, good choice of beverages. Enjoyed being able to 'grab an apple' from the lobby day or night! Room was spacious and loved the fully equipped kitchenette.
I would have liked a little more variety of 'hot choices' other than cheese omelete for breakfast. Having a small supply of dish soap or dish washer detergent would have been helpful, especially as on arrival our dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Luckily I brought some of my own from home.

Breakfast was not good. Replace oatmeal with biscuts and gravy. There was no bacon, no sausage, and no scrambled eggs. Get rid of the wraps. I was disappointed as compared to other hotel breakfast. The waffle was the only item worth eating. Fruits, yogurt, cereal,toast, and bagels are a standard everywhere. If you are going to offer a breakfast, make it worth your guest time.

The room layout, cleanness, availability of USB charging was one of the best I’ve seen.
There were only 3 pillows for 2 adults staying. We found additional pillow, but no pillow case. The lid of shower gel container fell off at first touch, and continued falling off after every touch-very annoying!
