The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I think once they have completed the renovations it will be much better.
The looks of the outside are scary. If it weren't for my daughter, I would have went somewhere else. At first the employee had an attitude. You have to go to the office to get ice.

Was good for dog except noise right outside door made him worry and growl.
Train noise at 4 am and very noisy in general so no sleep- Smell in lobby area affected my eyes and waited outside for one couple to check in - which was over 20 minutes.

The price was reasonable and my dog could stay
I ended up canceling a couple hours after making the reservation. Their internet was down and clerk wasn't able to check anything. The penalty was the charge for one night. I have been charged for the full stay without ever checking in. Booking says the property has to issue refund and the property says booking has to do it. Overall, shady business tactics. I will never stay at another RRI and will probably never use booking again.
