Holiday Inn Express Georgetown, an IHG Hotel

Loved how clean the room was and the friendliness of staff.

1. The blinds did not close properly and thereby not truly being sun blocking shades. 2. The bathroom door would not stay open. I do not like getting ready for my day with the door closed. 3. The window unit for AC and Heat did not work properly and the fan blowing air ran all night. Checked the wall unit and it did not function.

Everything about our stay was great except for the thin walls. We heard every noise or conversation outside in the hallway or in the next room. We heard someone walking back and forth all night and in the morning above us. Very distracting

Actually stay comfortable room clean room clean towels kept up really nice breakfast was great and the lady that checked us in that night was outrageous I can’t sure she’ll glasses on and probably a new 50s or 60s but thank you very much it was actually

Blow dryer didn’t work booking.com made a mistake only booked for one night and they’re supposed to but the gentleman at the counter that put us in the second night went beyond his means to help us your staff there is great

Comfortable beds, good selection for breakfast, good coffee. If it wasn't for a few maintenance issues the place would rated exceptional.

The sink faucet in the bathroom was not securely fastened to the counter top and made it hard to adjust water flow. The maintenance should have been done long ago as the cleaner would certainly notice when wiping the faucet. One elevator was out of service. The ice machine on our floor was out of service.

The breakfast was very good There were lots of options, including biscuits and gravy (spouse fav) The room was clean, the TV was large, the beds/pillows was very comfortable The bathroom was well appointed and the shower had good pressure

The view from the room (a PVC yard) was less that inspiring (not a big deal)

One of the busiest weekends I have seen in Lexington. However, the staff was so friendly and helpful even with the large amount of people staying at the hotel during our weekend. They always had a smile on their face and great attitude! Just to add the hotel was kept spotless all weekend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a roll away and she was there within 5 minutes. They couldn't find our reservation and quickly set us up with a new one. Then found ours.

The room was small. We had to move some stuff to fit in the roll away. The toilet leaked at the bottom. We had left for the evening and when we came back the employer was smoking outside the door.

great location, very clean, comfortable bed, nice smells in room, shower was great with good pressure, soft water, instantly hot. breakfast was good, hit, prepare it yourself, many options. great parking. we would stay here again.

Guests next door were noisy at 11:00 at night, called staff, they came immediately, guests got quiet. Thank you for handling this issue.

Hotel was very modern and clean. I rarely feel that hotels are cleaned to my satisfaction, but I was very impressed with the quality of cleanliness.

I cannot find anything that could be done better.

We had to leave a day earlier and we never received our credit for the night we did not stay. Very disappointing. Please respond to why no refund.
