This hotel was great! Everything was really clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was arranged nicely with the kitchenette, table, couch, and bed. The bathroom was roomy. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of choices. It was close to restaurants and gas stations.

The water pressure in the shower was low. It was fine in the sink, but the shower needed more pressure to rinse hair thoroughly.

location is excellent. Beaumont Farm area has lots of amenities and is easy to get around city (if you avoid rush hours in a.m. and p.m.

Breakfast only so so. First morning, regular coffee ran out and there was no one around to ask about when more would be available. This occurred early in breakfast hours, not at the end. Noises from other rooms throughout the night.

The incredibly welcoming and nice young lady at the front desk found out I was retiring from my job and surprised me with an amazing room upgrade which was unexpected but genuinely appreciated and I actually had my best stay here ever, and I've stayed here multiple times! She will be the reason I return for more stays and should be recognized for her accommodating spirit, I've spent Thirty plus years in customer service and this is stellar service! She's an asset to your company.

everything was perfect except some noisy people on the floor above me with heavy feet, but didn't last long and I was out

great location for visiting family in the area. convenient location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. complimentary breakfast offered many options to accommodate all guests.

the room was relatively clean but I did find some dust and hair behind the toilet in the bathroom.

Stayed here before about 7 months ago. Loved the place and plan on staying here again. Great staff, close to shopping and restaurants.

Need to work on the high curb at the entrance/exit to where luggage dollies can be used to unload luggage from auto. That wasn't planned very well. Otherwise, a nice place to stay, nice people at the front desk, housekeeping and those serving breakfast foods.

To clarify, the price I paid was almost twice what I paid in December when I stayed for a night. Not sure if that was because of timing of my booking or not. Both times the place was very clean, accommodating, and comfortable. I would highly recommend. For pet friendly travelers, it is one of the best places I have stayed.

My only criticism, is that the price for the room was almost twice what I paid 4 months ago in December.

Water not hot enough

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extreme lean and given the pandemic, they’ve got hand sanitizing stations everywhere. We rented a one bedroom suite, and it was great! So clean and comfy, felt like we were in an apartment. The only thing I would like to see changed is the tv service, there’s not many channel choices. That however can be solved by yourself if you carry a Roku stick or Fire stick, I had my Roku stick. We have a toddler and a 20 year old son and the rooms were quite spacious. And the price was great too! Very happy and we will stay again!

Nothing, everything was great!

But the bathroom was clean and the shower was Huge! Nice toiletries and personal touches made it a nice stay. Our suite had a nice kitchen area with everything you could need for an extended stay. Thread count on the sheets and towels were nice and the bed was very comfy. Staff was friendly and the hotel made everything you could need available...even ice cream was in their shop downstairs! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again on our next visit!!!

The shower pressure was the only less than desirable feature.

location and friendly staff - enjoyed the comfort seating in the outside and Kim helped fix my night stay because I accidentally booked for the wrong night!
