Quality Inn Lexington - Horse Park

Room was nice, spacious for what we needed for the night. Being on a road trip, it was just one night, but we got the rest we needed. Staff were accommodating.

A little wait at the front desk after check-in. People that are already checked in shouldn't have to wait for people checking in to ask for towels, pillows, toothpaste or any other items they may needed. But, maybe hotel was short staffed that day. I'm only stating this because I was tired after checking in and needed extra towels. Only one person was at the front desk and checking in at least two other people at the time. Then staff member said, if anyone who is not checking in needs anything, let me know. However, I had checked in just 15 minutes before and felt ignored by front desk. But, no worries, I decided not to complain. It just felt unwelcoming to get that reaction from the front desk after waiting about 10 minutes.

The room was very clean and super comfortable. The pillows were some of the softest I’ve ever slept on and I’ve stayed at some fancy hotels before so that’s saying something. The thermostat was on the wall and not on the actual unit so I really liked that. made it much easier to control the temperature of the room. the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and I loved his humor. Hot breakfast bar with eggs, gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, danishes, toast, juice, milk. I could go on and on. We did try out the gym. It was very nice. I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste but was able to get some from the front desk. The location was okay. only about 10 minutes or so from New Circle Road. I would definitely stay there again.

The price of the bottled water and microwaveable food was insane!! There’s a Shell station across the street from the hotel that you can get things you need in a hurry, for much less.

Decent. Floors carpeted which makes it a little dated as other hotels I’ve used have vinyl wood look flooring. The vinyl flooring makes for cleaner floors as carpeting hides ‘nasties’. There was some peeling paint on wall. Beds were clean and pillows were plentiful. In room small refrigerator but no microwave. Beds were clean and well made. Plentiful pillows. Desk and chair very useful.

Breakfast were the usual items you find at most hotels, cereal, toast, waffles, coffee. No eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns. There is a Cracker Barrell across the parking lot though.

Our room was quite a ways from the front desk. It wasn't a problem after we moved our vehicle.

Location excellent, room clean and easy to get to from the outside entrance, staff friendly and resourceful, housekeeping staff friendly

No microwave in our room but in others room that was traveling with us, breakfast was meatless so we went and spent money at the McDonald next door, when picking lodging we check for places with full breakfast in order to save money. This establishment doesn’t offer that.

Breakfast - low quality / lots of unhealthy food - little very healthy food - disposable cutlery and plates - indifferent staff (I am not from USA and am generally shocked at what passes as food over here)

The location was good with easy access to highway. The room was good with comfortable bed and clean. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, but nice to have included in the price. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

We have stayed several times. We stay with you because you accept our little dog. I'm not sure why they always put us on 2nd floor.

The TV did not correspond with the channel displayed. It was impossible to watch it. There was not a guide provided either.

Easy to get to. Room was very clean and the bed was super comfy with wonderful pillows! Very quiet for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good.

Long walk to our room. Staff could have suggested where to park/enter.
