Motel 6-Lexington, KY - East I-75

Courteous, fast and efficient staff - especially when checking in

Did not get the 'smoking' room I booked

the best M6 I’ve stayed in! but shoddy maintenance work will result in quick degradation of the remodel. I ended up wedging some toilet paper behind the tp housing that came out of the wall with each use. then the wobbly toilet seat actually broke, which needed to be fixed before the next guest stayed there. the caulking around the tub didn’t prevent the water that came off onto the floor during showers, but it’s also a design flaw of the tub surround, as one would not think the caulk there would actually need a much bigger bead. and the sink faucet wasn’t properly installed, as a non rotating faucet swung left.

It was very clean and the staff were exceptionally nice. They go above and beyond to help their guests. We didn't have issues with our booking, however we seen a couple that did and the lady at the front done everything she could to fix the issues they were having, even down to helping pay for the room herself. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The pool was closed even though it was advertised as open

The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and very large. I was very satisfied with this room.

The toilet leaked. It was very noisy thru most of the night with people talking and running around. The lights shining on the front side of the motel lit up the room. The door to the bathroom did not latch.

I want to know where they get their mattresses, that was the best sleeping bed I have slept in at a motel.

Only two disappointments, there was no microwave in the room & the floors, although they had been either swept or vacuumed, needed to be scrubbed. Don't walk around in white white socks.

Efficiency of the room. Easy parking. Given first floor room as asked was very much appreciated so no climbing stairs or dragging luggage.

There was no coffee maker, coffee or microwave in the room. Appreciated small fridge but was in desperate need of a defrosting.

I like the location of the hotel and the room.

I didn't like that there was no microwave or fridge in our room. For the microwave you had to go all the way to the lobby to heat up your food, then it was cold again by the time you got back to your room to eat.

Hotel in good location. Staff very friendly. Cool horse statue in front. It was nice and quiet with good places to eat nearby and a Walmart!

You pretty much get what you paid for. But I'd probably stay again.

Nice clean room and easy to get to the interstate, plus I can have my dogs in without a extra fee♥️

Stairs, I have a bad knee and stairs are not fun. I really would have loved a ground floor, ..... By the end of the trip my knee and ankle was hurting.

Location was best thing,but all around a great hotel to spend a night at,!!!

They only thing that I don't like about the rooms here at the motel 6 is they Don't have a microwave nor a refrigerator like 00⁰p00000
