Quality Inn & Suites - Horse Cave

The staff very friendly they recommended me to some nice spots to eat and to explore very satisfied with that and room was not bad it was close to the pool kids liked that part , would recommend it and if I'm back for a visit would come back

The only thing missing from the hotel is more channels like for kids to watch on the TV and the beds well the one I slept in was a little hard that's all can't think of nothing else

The room had a few issues. The door would not shut unless you pulled hard on it. My 94-year-old father could not close it. The carpet around the AC unit was damp, possibly from where the drainage might have been clogged.

Evening front desk person was great at check-in. Morning desk person also very hospitable. Bed, pillows comfortable. Quiet area. Parking lot lights bright which will leak light in from the windows. Gas and food near, not a lot of restaurants. Great value. Breakfast a little sparse but they're all sparse these days. Easy interstate on/off. Great place to stay if your passing through and need some rest.

Less than sixty dollars for a good night's rest hard to complain. Carpets a bit worn.

Front desk clerk!! After requesting and being reassured that I would have a first floor room, I was placed in a 2nd floor room. She was quick to remedy the problem!

Uncomfortable bed, but hotel is in the process of remodeling, so hopefully that will change.

The beds wer very comfortable..the carpet needed replaced and the ceiling was very dirty but over all it was nice you can tell ther fixing them up just not finished.

The dumpster area in back was very nasty and stunk could smell it as soon as you got out of ur vehicle.

WAS PLEASED FOR THE PRICE....PERSON AT THE MAIN DESK WAS HELPFUL IN ALL WAYS.....VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL

THE STAIRS, BUT WE WERE CAPABLE TO USE THEM....NO PROBLEM FOR US

I was really worried that for how inexpensive the rooms were that it was going to be a dump. i was pleasantly surprised to see that it is a nice property. the rooms were clean and comfortable (a little shabby but that's not really important. we were here to go to the park not hang out in the hotel). The staff were really nice folks, very accommodating and helpful. we will visit Mammoth Cave again in the future and i will book with them again.

It is an older building with older bathroom fixtures and older carpet. It was clean and kept up as best as can be expected.

The night lady was wonderful. Very nice, accommodating and helpful. The pool was clean n felt amazing after a long drive.

There was evidence of other visitors still left in the room. (Baby pacifier, trash, etc.) The cleanliness could have been better.

The room was very clean. When we got there the young lady who registered us was very pleasant. For the cost it was exceptional. We would definitely recommend this place to others who may be coming down there.

there was nothing to complain about. The room was very nice. As I said we had no complaints with are stay. It was well worth the cost.
