Kentucky Grand Hotel & Spa

We loved the central location that placed it about 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit and walking distance to an excellent restaurant. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The rooms are grand and comfortable.

Checkout was a little weird. We left very early in the morning to meet our morning tour. I read a note says to leave the key on the front desk but that area was locked. We ended up leaving the keys on a plate in the hallway and sending a photo. I should have asked prior what they would want us to do with the keys if the lobby was closed. But we had no issues leaving the keys where it was.

The room was beautiful. The view was wonderful. Ali, the front desk worker was very friendly and accommodating and very knowledgeable of the area. The location is very convenient as everything was just in walking distance

The TV was not working too well. I was bummed that they no longer had a lounge. I was looking forward to that. The shower stall could use a handicap hand rail. Other than that. I enjoyed my stay

Excellent accommodation; Lincoln suite was spacious and opulent for the price. Staff helpful and assisted w dinner room service and additional towels. Great location. Very special experience.

There were No hangers in the closet. Ceramic coffee mugs would be nice touch, and real glass glasses. Bathroom needs towel/robe hooks. A suite this dance could offer spa robes? Overall, such a wonderful stay- these are just what we notice would make it even nicer. Only complaint was master bed had visible dirt and hairs when we turned down the covers.

Such a fantastic surprise when we opened our suite (Bourbon Suite) door! Holy cow! What a super nice place this is. I dare say it's one of the nicest places we've ever stayed! So comfortable. The furniture is impeccable and the bed was so comfortable! Jacuzzi tub, huge walk in shower, vessel sink, amenities you will not find anywhere else! Loved how private it was. Loved the views from the huge floor length windows. Parking was great - right outside the door! Wish the restaurant (which we didn't even know you had!) was open while we were there. We'd loved to have tried it!

Breakfast in room consisted of yogurt, fruit cup, and no utensils to eat with! Keurig coffee maker but no stir sticks or spoons for sugar and mixing creamer. We had to just take it with us and stop somewhere because there was no one downstairs. It was a little strange that there is no staff after 8 pm. We had no issues but if we had it'd required phone calls to get someone over to the hotel. Would love to see a rain shower added to the shower instead of a standard shower head. Just a suggestion! Would have loved extra toilet paper and towels in the room - just in case. A blanket in the closet for the bed would have been nice too! Where was the spa?

Fantastic boutique hotel. You wont be disappointed. We stayed in the Lincoln suite, right above the piano bar. Food was exquisite, music loud, and staff the right blend of real world cynicism coupled with utmost professionalism and courtesy.

A small list of nitpicks could be made. One light bulb was out in bathroom, batteries were dead in one remote, the awning needs a bird poop/leaf sweep. Not big issues but for true perfection, there is some fone tuning to be done.

Very nice room.. absolutely no fuss..

We had a room on the main street side.. starting at about 5am trucks and buses were having to stop at a stop sign right out my window.. we had to wake up early but not that early.. literally my only complaint!

The Kentucky Grand Hotel has beautiful, spacious and comfortable suites, wonderful balcony and view of downtown Bowling Green. We will stay at the Grand again when in the area❣️

I have double charges . Booking.com did charge my card and the hotel asked to charge my card when I was there ,so I have double charges from booking & hotel. I called back to hotel , but nobody fixed my problem.

Property was super nice. Lincoln Suite was very large. More than we needed for a one night stay, but would be fantastic for longer visits.

Really was nothing that could have been better.

The staff went above and beyond. They brought up a meal to our room after my family had a long day in the car. Food was delicious! Our room was very large and clean! We will stay again!!
