Breakfast was fine and location was fine

It would of been better if i wasnt treated so poorly at the bar last night or in her words if you ppl are going to be trouble ( but it was only me by myself at the bar ) than ill make your drink ? All i asked was could i get two drinks before she closed the bar it was 935pm and i was told early that day that the bar activity was from 5-10 pm but it was the part of me so called you ppl starting trouble when that was never my attentions at all . I did talk with the lady at front desk and she apologized and said she did call her boss than a second time she pulled me to the side to apologize again on the bar tenders behalf and that this was her last day and she haves been treating ppl rudely for the past couple weeks . overall your hotel is great and my family enjoyed themselves

I really appreciated how pristinely clean the facility was. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I liked that coffee and tea was available all day. There were plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen accoutrements. I would be so pleased if this location was an accommodation for a long term stay. We were only there for 2 days and were nonetheless impressed.

everything was great. I normally only read reviews but I am so impressed that I chose to write one. I don't know that I'll ever have reason to return to Kentucky but believe you me, I definitely will be at the Residence Inn, Old Henry!

It was very clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. They offered complimentary hot breakfast. It was the perfect sized room for the same price of smaller rooms in the area that charged additional for parking and breakfast. Lastly, they allowed us to cancel up to a certain date if needed. The other hotel did not.

They had problems with the elevators.

Had booked probably one of their biggest rooms they had and it was great. Plenty of room, good views, relatively clean all around. Would recommend.

Only issues and they were very minor, 1 was the body soap dispenser had no soap, and the breakfast was kinda normal. Thought the breakfast could had been a little better but wasn't bad.

Our room was very clean and spacious!

Pancakes were so hard the knife couldn't cut through them. I thought they were not fresh so I asked the lady for fresh and she made more. Still hard....? They taste good. We have never experienced hard pancakes. All of the other food was good. The lady was very sweet and helpful.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating... Loved the walk-in shower. After a full day at the park, it felt good to not have to climb in. The room was beautiful. Some of us are vegan so the kitchen was needed and provided everything required to prepare meals. Even other guests were very friendly. It was worth the extra driving to get there...

A little far from attractions, but that's my fault for not paying attention to location... Was expecting 2 restrooms, like in other Residence Inns, but we made it work...

Location was perfect for our purposes. My husband was very pleased with the well designed work space and the convenience of a kitchenette was an added bonus! The morning breakfast buffet was delightful. Staff was very friendly and most helpful. We highly recommend this choice!!!

Clean and comfortable. We returned from an appointment and missed breakfast by 5 minutes. Administrator noticed and asked the breakfast lady if it was still possible to let us have breakfast. The administrator did this without our request. What wonderful customer service!!!

Breakfast was served only from 6:30-9:30 not considering holiday season They did not have fresh coffee always in the lobby They did not have hot water for tea / hot chocolate always in the lobby

Breakfast foods kept running out quickly and staff could not keep up. Also room only had one wash cloth and several towels. Found this odd and when realized it was late evening. Hopefully just maid oversight.
