My room was great and the breakfast was good and hot!!! And the staff was nice and very helpful when needed!!

What I didn't like in my room because I had the one bedroom and Suite. In the living area behind the couch I found a sock and some tissue paper in the bedroom behind TV stand with the TV on it I found a bunch of tissue papers scrap paper behind the TV stand and in the window seals in the bedroom they were very dirty but other than that... at the pool area needs a little bit more TLC... other than that my stay was very nice..

Location was great! Close to everything I needed. The evening front desk employee was top notch. She was very accommodating. At one point things got very busy and she even had to answer a phone call while checking in several guests, but she kept her cool. She helped me with a request later in the evening. It was just one of those things--you could tell she was experienced, was anxious to give good service and was happy to do so. Made my day. Room was very clean and comfortable

I think the place could use a little bit of a touch up. The manager should do a walk through the public areas, corridors and make a list of things that need attention. There are some wall sconce light fixtures for example that are kind of beat up., a few other lights out, stuff like that.

Check in was smooth and easy. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and kind. They have features like a popcorn machine and cucumber water in the lobby for your convenience. When we had a problem with our room, they switched us without a question (I've had experiences where staff would walk to the room, see there was a problem and tell me it's not that bad and that I should deal with it) and I really appreciated that as we traveled 9 hours to get there and wanted to rest. The facility was clean the breakfast was good, too good in fact. The waffles were usually the first item to run out. However, helpful staff was always there to refill the breakfast stations. Even housekeeping was wonderful. They were so friendly. The rooms are exactly what they are like in the pictures, so nice. The beds are soft and comfortable. The 2 bed suite came with a fireplace, which came in handy as it snowed unexpectedly. It's a beautiful thing to watch the snow fall next to the fireplace. I could imagine many Christmas vacations as the room does come with a full refrigerator, oven and microwave; everything you would need for a holiday. One of the rooms had a desk so that we were able to get some work done and there were 3 TV's which was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a sofa that seats 3 and the couch pulls out. There's also a table with 4 chairs so there isn't a lack of seating if your family is watching TV in the living room. The location couldn't be better. There are so many food options in walking distance as well as department stores for anything you need or anything you may have forgotten. Overall, a wonderful stay. 10/10, would stay again.

We had a suite and a studio as we had 4 adults and 3 kids. Very comfortable and spacious! Each had a kitchette with microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and stove top.

The pool was not working for a couple of days, but they made arrangements with Courtyard to use their pool. They had an issue with natural gas, so you could not shower for a day (no hot water). They did give us a nice credit back, but you had to ask. They also offered to change our motel to downtown, but their pool was outside.

Staff was friendly and personable. In addition, staff was informative and knowledgeable about the events we were attending.

Kitchen was dirty, couch was dirty, pull out couch had crumbs of food that took forever to clean off, And the pull out mattress had a large brown stain on it, the mattress was super hard and bulky, and overpriced for what the room looked like.

The front desk attendees were extremely friendly. Especially the gentleman that checked us in. He engaged in conversation with our girls, making them feel special, and watched their cheer routine. The room was bigger than expected, clean, and comfortable. The area was convenient, safe, and quiet. The noise outside the room was unnoticed and we were surprised considering we were the first room by the lobby. Best stay ever!

I love renting a full service apartment in an excellent location. I stayed two nights because I like it so much, but I had to get onto my final destination. Thank you staff for assigning me the perfect room and having it spic and span.

I can't think of a thing I would improve on, except maybe the price.. Of course, I'd like every place to be cheaper, in a perfect world.

Wasnt to sure if housekeeping would assist in making the bed on days scheduled to as my bed was not made. - Hotel stickers state “Hotel is a smoke free zone,” yet positioned ashtrays around property for smokers. Seemed confusing. -

The 24hr gym met all of my needs and the pool was slightly warm...loved it! I like how we had to reserve it so we didn't have to worry about too many people coming in. The room was spacious and elegant. The bed...omg...sooooo comfortable! Love the full size kitchen. Very nice staff.

The room itself was very nice. It had plenty of space and sleep room for my family of 5. However the fireplace didn't work and we found clothing items in the room that did not belong to anyone in my household. I think for the price we paid for the room, it should have been throughly cleaned and make sure ALL appliances and electronic features work properly.

The staff was very friendly, and very responsive to our requests. The location with the close proximity to the interstate was also a plus. The breakfast that was prepared there was very good.

The breakfast that was prewrapped sandwiches brought in from a vendor were not that good
