Front desk staff was very friendly we interacted most with the 3pm to 11pm staff Clarence and Shawndee were very helpful and great folks to chat with. Facilities were very clean and well stocked. The game room and lounging area in the lobby were a nice extra the pool table foosball board games and books made the time so relaxing. Pool area was very clean and stocked with towels and even had a handicap chair so guests could still use the pool. Breakfast was great nice selection food was hot and lots of condiments. The small convenient store was well stocked. 3 different outside areas including BBQ grills and a relaxing fire put with comfy seating. Fitness area very clean and stocked with water and towels. One of the best stays we have had! Would most definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again will return!!!!!

Very clean, very well maintained, well detailed room. No wall scrapes or gashes. Bathroom clean and nicely trimmed. Room like new. Fresh smelling when entering lobby. Great first impression. Enjoyed our stay.

We were on 3rd floor. People on 4th floor were up most of the night jumping and walking. Could hear through the floor very easily. Not your fault. Housekeeping was knocking and yelling early and couldn't sleep in a bit. Doors slamming. No sitting space in room.

The breakfast was as expected with the usual fare. I got to the breakfast area moments before closing but there was still waffles available and eggs (with a few brown spots, a bit over cooked) with coffee. The sugar free syrup was empty and the worker in charge of the area was very helpful to open a new bottle as he noticed my struggle to get the last drops. Check-in and out was excellent. The front desk staff were exceptional. I wanted to purchase a Diet Coke as I checked in but after looking several places, the front desk attendant could find none. He provided a complementary Coke Zero, a suitable substitute. I requested a late check out and Heidi made that happen immediately. I will stay there again when I am in Louisville.

I would have appreciated a rug and a shower cap in the bathroom. There were none. For an overnight stay, the cost was a little high.

Breakfast was outstanding! I loved that there were ample areas where our group of 14 could gather. The outside patio area was used the most, where we were able to grill out and party. We enjoyed the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for maintainance for part of our stay. I booked this stay and received many words of approval and appreciation from family members on my choice of hotel.

Pool could have been maintained more quickly.

The hotel was dealing with a water issue, in that we had none. There was a main break somewhere. While we would have liked to have been warned of that when we checked in on the Friday evening, once we realized no water, the manager and staff were very accommodating and did their best to keep us all happy. We were comped our Friday evening and given the choice to stay on Saturday, we chose to stay.The water ended up coming back on. Very friendly, clean place in a great location.

Staff checking us in tried to be empathetic, bed was very comfy, and hot breakfast was enjoyable.

Apparently, if the room is booked through a third party company they won’t hold your specific room type. Booked and paid for a king bed in advance and they downgraded us to 2 queens without any kind of notice because they “ran out”. How do you run out of a room type with a months notice? One other thing was that the privacy window curtain didn’t close all the way so it felt like people in the building across the road could see us.

Very clean, new facility and right across the street from conference location. Close enough to several places for eating meals (but car required).

Some of the other guests on the hall were very noisy late at night and it disturbed our sleep. Apparently there were a few birthday parties happening at the facility

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were pleased with the accommodations and amenities. Having a refrigerator and microwave was a huge plus! We look forward to visiting again!

They charged me again for my stay after I paid booking.com upfront. I called there and they told me they want reimburse me. The lady was rude and hung up on me. Booking.com finally made them pay it back.

Our room was cleaned well and smelled fresh. The hotel provided disinfectant wipes which were located next to the elevator. The hotel also had a variety to choose from for breakfast.
