The morning host was awesome. Facilities were clean. We loved using the grill outside on the patio.

Breakfeast, the biscuits were either not done or rock hard. I did not like calling the front desk for supplies in the evening. She told me she was not hotel supply. I booked 7 nights it stands to reason I'm gonna run out of stuff. 1st night shampoo empty, why?? Good thing I brought some.

The ability to utilize the gas grills in the patio area. The pool was a nice size everything was particularly clean and presentable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had a small recreational area in the lobby with pool table games and such.

The large kitchen space was nice having the large fridge and microwave and dishwasher but it really didn't make much sense to have all these kitchen appliances and not at least a small range or stove top. Although the pool was a nice size it was cold. Not sure if the water heater was out but the kids were still able to enjoy it. I wish they had a hot tub. We typically swim every morning before any check out especially if we are granted a later check out. Woke up the next morning to go swimming and the pool was closed for maintenance and never repped before we checked out. That was a disappointment. The front desk was going to honor some type of inconvenience award but never got back me.

We ate breakfast everyday. It was really good and clean. However, In the breakfast area toaster, sandwiches were cold. It was almost like the toaster it was in was broken or something. They were completely cold. Also, milk was not cold in the same breakfast area every day. Those were our ONLY two complaints and not a big deal. There was plenty of other things to choose for breakfast. Just something we noticed.

This hotel staff was amazing. I stayed on the Hilton Home2suits side ... the taller thin blonde hair girl was awesome on multiple occasions even helped point out the drink coolers and snacks for my kids and the short brunette was also very nice! The older black male at night time was tremendous as well. I couldn’t thank the staff for a more incredible stay. They spoke to you when entering and leaving the hotel ALWAYS. They always had a smile on and were very polite. Makes for a great home when your away from home. I love this hotel and will only stay here if I need to stay again. Thanks for everything!

The staff is what made everything amazing for us from start to finish. Miss Rachel is such an amazing person in so many ways, she is our sons favorite person and has mentioned since leaving. Rachel made such an impression we want to make a trip back just to thank her again.

I called ahead to make sure pool was heated and was assured it was. it was freezing.

Staff was very helpful and did their best to accommodate. The hotel had a section that catered to families. Breakfast was good for hotel. There were a few flaws but not enough to nit pick everything. Staff did their best!

Outside furniture cushions needs to be cleaned, especially in front of hotel.

Due to weak construction you can hear people in other rooms. Staff was kinda suprised when i wanted to pay in cash (I’m a tourist, I use card just for emergency). Booking offered room with 55m2, room we get was for sure smaller. Hotel was clear and overall experience is 9/10. Thank you.

I loved the free breakfast with many options. The rooms were clean and smelt clean and not of perfume for room spray. I loved the option to cook in the room and the makeup wipes that were available.

Loved the wonderful countenance and personality of Zo, who checked us in. He made the mistake of asking me if I was happy with the room. I was not happy being right next to the ice machine and elevator. He gave us a different room which we loved! He was very sincere. The facilities are excellent
