Econo Lodge Middlesboro

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. They provided a good supply of towels and cups for our stay...we didn't need to request more for a 3-day stay. The coffee in the lobby was pretty good. The refrigerator was nice and cold and a decent size. It was nice to have plank flooring vs carpet! The pool was open, fairly clean and large, so that was a plus.

When the air conditioner kicked on, it was very loud and would wake me up all night. The floors...although nice to be plank flooring vs carpeting...was not very clean. My feet had to be washed after walking around the room. The chairs around the pool were very dirty, so we had to wipe them down.

The woman who checked me in was very nice and pleasant. She put me in a room around back of the motel because I was staying 3 days. It was very quiet back there and lots of parking. Overall the room was really nice. The breakfast products they offered was very good too. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Middlesboro!

My daughter's bed made a loud noise every time she rolled over so the bottom mattress should be replaced in room 124. Otherwise everything was great!

Friendly staff. I arrived a bit early, and they allowed me to check in and get into the room with no issue. The room was clean, It is convenient to the event that I went to, and convenient to restaurants in the area.

Walls are a little thin. I could hear people talking, but couldn't make out what was being said. And the showers... a bit small. I am 6', and my head almost hit the ceiling in the shower... but that isn't anything that can be fixed.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the personnel were friendly and helpful.

Our only problem was the continental breakfast which was sad but worst of all the coffee was cold! I would suggest at least some juice and fruit. My daughter got sick at the last minute so I had to cancel their room but I was glad when I saw the slim pickens of a continental breakfast. We travel together frequently and usually at a place with a free breakfast and this was the worst we have encountered.

it was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was located 10 minutes from a music festival we were attending and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

The bathroom was slightly cramped, but the rest of the room did feel large.

Location was perfect! Breakfast was easy & efficient. Our room was super comfortable. We picked up dinner from Esperanza one evening and it was scrumptious. Surrounding scenery (the Pinnacle) was breathtaking!

Econo Lodge associates were personable and so helpful! It turns out the manager was related to my husband. I accidentally left a library book in our room when we left and staff was kind enough to mail it to me in Richmond. Service was great & much appreciated. Nothing not to like!!

Staff is really nice, the rooms are like new and clean, there is a nice pool across the parking lot, the whole facility is not on the main road but a bit farther, it's quiet. Breakfast is really decent. Really nice Econolodge, so close to Cumberland Gap park !

The rooms were clean. people there were nice. The pool was clean the kids had fun. The family was all together all the rooms were together which I think was very nice of them to do.

Some of the desk chairs need to be replaced. The continental breakfast was not that great.

I absolutely LOVED everything about this hotel! The rooms were super beautiful and comfortable. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

The staff was nice & the room was clean.

Not enough parking space. The 2 spots in front of the room were handicap. I parked in a spot next to them. But I left to pick up some food and when I returned the spot was taken by someone else. Also, the room had a musty odor.
