I have to say I was skeptical at first, but once I arrived there I was blown away. it has the feel of a cozy bed and breakfast inn. the beds and linens were amazing, probably the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time, I definitely didn’t want to leave. It was so quiet the entire duration of my stay. again I was truly impressed and will definitely be staying there again.

To be honest I can’t think of anything I didn’t like, the owner is a very nice and inviting guy, he is truly making the inn a best in class property

the location was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. I like that it had tile flooring and no carpet.

it said it had a breakfast included but the ‘breakfast area’ had a Keurig & pods and 3 individual cereal packs and some granola bars. there was no creamer for the coffee and no milk for the cereal. also a separate ‘cleaning’ fee when I think it should all be together in the price.

Ease to access to facility & room. Everything was clean and had what was necassary if you wanted to cook.

Two things, first maybe you already know but the main entrance door can not be closed so the security was not in place. Second and I pray it will be resolved...Booking.com added a $20 "Cleaning Fee" to the amount when I paid. I called and found that you all do not charge that and then I called Booking.com and sent some screen shots. Have not heard anything from them. I may need to work this through my bank charge card. That whole thing is well just...underhanded.

I enjoyed that it was a great place for a little retreat nestled in a quaint town. It is not a typical bed and breakfast in that it is contactless check in and out and Granny doesn’t greet you at the door 😉. You are contacted by the host with key codes to enter the main building and your room. The room we had was wonderful. The king size bed was dressed with comfortably weighted blankets and not merely light weight sheets you find now a days at most “chain” establishments. We only stayed one night but there is a full functioning kitchen to cook one’s own meals. There are common areas such as a dining and living area. The living room area which is quite large has a TV, video game console, DVD as well as toys, books and even a pool table for use. The downtown area is within walking distance and offers several eateries, taverns and such.

The mattress was a little thin and uncomfortable, needs hand towels and wash rags and enough towels for number of people coming maybe a Lil too much noise up stairs at night. Need screens for the windows maybe a hooked rack for a jacket or keys and some space in the bathroom to set toiletries maybe some coffee k cups and such

surprised my boy friend on his birthday ...he loved it .mad well as I did also ....Complete privacy ...the host was wonderful ...he was very responsive about texting me back. Only issue we had was the heat ..I freeze very easily ...he changed our room. Said if any thing wrong with it he'd switch us again. Had no problems what so ever. I most deff recommend the bed n breakfast to anyone. We of course will be staying again.

It is exactly what we needed, no frills, just a quiet private comfy place to sleep and shower. Owner was very nice and available by phone. He checked on us when we arrived. He offered a discount at his restaurant for dinner. The place was clean and quiet.

The room was a little cold for us when we arrived. We adjusted by shutting the vent in our room.

Room was clean when I checked in. John was helpful when I needed to contact him. B&B was very quiet and peaceful. Like the idea they have a large area for eating and had a game room that was pretty cool if you have family with kids or adults as well.

Bed was a little hard.. Also would be nice if there was a small card or some kind of table and chair in room so you can use your laptop or etc. on. Also shower has no shelf in it to place shower accessories while showering. I realize they are doing their best but just thought I would throw out those ideas.

It was a nice place to sleep while we were visiting for our honeymoon. It was fairly close to state parks and restaurants. The owner reached out to us around our check in time to make sure we got into the building and our room alright.

The property smelled a little like cigarettes.

Very clean and comfortable. Stayed to go hunting in the area and had to get up early. Rooms had personal bathroom and bed. Stove, microwave, gameroom and dining room in shared areas. Not used to having a stove at a hotel. Exceeded expectations.

No staff on premises but I'm an adult so this was no big deal. Didn't download booking app so I couldn't respond to email or couldn't figure it out.
