The staff was awesome, they did their best to accommodate us. The food was top notch. Beautiful and comfortable Lobby and sitting area.

The rooms are dark and dated, the shower grout was dirty and the water took a long time to heat up. We had to reprogram our room cards every time we left the room, which was inconvenient. If it wasn’t for all the nice staff, we would have stayed elsewhere. Rooms are in need of updated renovations.

This hotel exceeded my husband and I expectations. Very quiet, clean, peaceful room. The lobby was clean and the staff was so friendly and nice. We didn't get a chance to eat anything from the restaurant there due to our scheduling, but it sure did look clean and smelled great!! I will be surely be staying here again.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. I loved everything about it. Next time I will be trying the restaurant. I would like to also get in the pool as well on the next stay. Great management.

The lobby and the rooms felt like two different hotels. Our door didn’t close all the way on its own a safety hazard. looked like the shower needed more cleaning.

The staff at this location was so welcoming. I booked this hotel to dress for my wedding as well as provided a wedding block of rooms for my guest. My wedding was actually planned at another location which was outdoors. The rain came down on us on the Friday before the big day and I was devastated. My wedding planner also stayed at the same hotel and just happen to be talking with management staff telling about our situation with the outdoor vendor. Management heard my story and offered to help by allowing me to have my wedding on their property as a Plan B. The staff was awesome and work very diligently to help my planner make this last minute change. Not only was our stay comfortable the management and staff made my Day. Aside from all that the food at the restaurant was great the property is beautiful and well kept.

My wife and I enjoyed everything about this location, mangers, staff and the restaurant/bar within the location was excellent. I would like to thanks the hotel manger Joshua for all the service him and his staff provided for me and my family. My daughter and her new husband wedding was in the Baton Rouge Area and due to the heavy rain the outside venue became a problem and hopeless issue. What the manger Joshua and his staff did was over and above our expectations and well above excellent. The hotel lobby & meeting room became my Daugther’s and her wedding planner new venue. Because of this location service my daughter and son-in-law ceremony was a great success. We can’t rave enough about our experience and wonderful stay. And there is not enough stars to rate them. I do have anything I didn’t like and if there was it didn’t matter.

The is my second time staying at this location and for both occasions, I add breakfast onto the room rate BUT when it is time for checkout, I have the additional cost of breakfast. I made sure they saw I paid for breakfast beforehand but I was still charged and now I have to wait for a refund.

I thought the location was excellent, the food was excellent.

I had a problem with the wi-fi, I was not informed that the promo code was needed, nor was I given the code upon check-in. There was also a safety hazard, the handrail in the elevator was loose, and had fallen down. there were a lot of small children running around, one of them could have been hurt. The staff did not seem too concerned about the situation. Oh the only staff member who knew about the wi-fi was Omaar. Thanks

Did not eat breakfast because it was not included. Lobby area was nice, staff very friendly and accomadating.

The lobby elevator button started not working. Sheets were extremely wrinkled-not fresh- and gross, found a pubic hair on them. Disgusting

I can't get the coffee maker to work. This is the second time this has happened. It turns off after a few seconds. Are there extra instructions that should be followed? The requests asked for must not be forwarded to the motel because they don't mention them.

only one elevator was working, tv was not working and when I told the front desk staff they said someone was coming but nobody never came. Breakfast was not complementary $12.99 person and $6.99 for kids. Housekeeping didn’t bring any fresh towels
