Breakfast was good.... Real eggs and sausage would have made it better but what they had prepackaged breakfast sandwiches and spinach quiche, waffles etc which was good.

I made reservations months before my stay on booking.com and when I got to the hotel to check in the lady told me Booking.com had canceled my reservation and didn't notify me. I was MAD! The hotel managed to get us a room. When I contacted Booking.com through email message (because I could not get them on the phone!!!) they messaged me back and couldn't get to the bottom of why my room was canceled. SO I really still don't know if it was really booking.com or the hotels fault. But I did get a room so all is good.

I loved the location--very close to the interstate, the airport, and my family ( less than a mile). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. For example, I needed extra linen at one point and I needed a refill of toilet paper. The staff was ready, willing, and able to help. The room was quite spacious, too. I was pleasantly surprised.

the breakfast which wasn’t much of nothing and the price sheet for the lil store need updated because the price on the sheet for the items is not correct and the front desk person stated that it’s not right everything on the sheet is wrong and higher

it was clean and very quit. the bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot and it was great

staff was friendly and. wry helpful. the first night of the first week I was there omelets and sausage hash was for breakfast. it was great. after that wasn’t so good for two weeks

The hotel staff provided a COVID-appropriate breakfast of cheese omelette and sausage, delicious strong coffee, and all the rest. I loved that and everything else about my stay.

I stayed here before and it was excellent, but this time there was an ant issue in the bathroom. Also the first time didn’t get a chance to have breakfast, but I did this time, could do better only offered bacon and some sort of egg for hot food!!

The room and bathroom were very clean except for some food wrappers in the couch bed. Overall the property was very clean. It was great to have the seating area and the kitchenette. The ladies that work at the front desk were always very nice and knowledgeable, both over the phone and in person. Some of the nicest front desk personnel I've ever dealt with. The fact that they had breakfast during these times was wonderful.

The only negatives were the food wrappers in the couch bed, and the fact that there are no linens to put on the couch bed. But I did ask for some blankets at the front desk and received them no problem.

Breakfast was terrible. There were a lot of teens running around and rudely interrupting the breakfast process. I was never given the extra blanket I asked for from two different staff members one housekeeping and one front clerk. .

Close to the location of my business

The customer service was horrible I had to wait to get a room and London who was the manager at the time of check-in she was very rude and so was I with no accommodations due to I booked thru a 3rd party

The staff was friendly and the room was nice and allowed us some space. Family of 4 traveling for a college visit. T

We choose hotels that have breakfast able; however, this breakfast was not desirable. We ate outside the hotel.
