Quality Inn & Suites Slidell

The staff was friendly and quick to help if there were any issues. The location was perfect to go to downtown New Orleans.

Only one luggage cart for whole hotel. Bagel selection at breakfast didn't include plain bagels for those who cannot eat bagels with seeds, etc.

The hotel is very clean and in a safe location. Jasmin on the front counter is GREAT very Friendly and Polite we got there a little early and she went to our rooms to check to see if they were clean so we could check in , she also helped us find great place for dinner. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable

The bed was comfortable as well as the room was clean.with plenty of hot water in the shower.

Lots of breakfast items were empty and not refilled. Towels and coffee were not replaced unless ask for,we stayed 5 nights,I didn't expect room to be cleaned each day but feel towels and coffee should be refilled

I truly appreciated that I was given a room on the first floor with a toddler. It was just him and I and it made it so much easier to transport him and our stuff to and from the car. I appreciate the room cleaning while we were away.

The location was great and easy to get to and quiet. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a full breakfast with hot food and waffle maker. I was happy with everything. One thing I must mention, I've seen comments on here about the electric sockets not working. THE SOCKETS DO NOT WORK ON THE LITTLE PLUG INS ON THE LAMPS, SO plug directly into the wall. Those work well. I'm not sure if people are not checking or what.

Beds were comfortable and room appeared clean. Good location, right off interstate.

Bathtub was a bit stained and grout was a bit dirty (maybe it was mold). Housekeeping took out towels but didn’t leave replacements. Other than that, it was fine.

It was easy to get to and clean. The breakfast was good.

After driving from LSU v Alabama game and arriving at midnight our room key would not work. It worked the day before. The front desk had to use a special device to open door.

Breakfast was good & hot. Constantly replenished.

Handicap bathroom didn’t have walk in shower. My husband is left side paralyzed & couldn’t get into the tub/shower. In the morning, my legs were full of bug bites. Check g go or bedbugs please

the back door to the hotel that was supposed to be locked at all times and could only be accessed by your key, was left open by a stick most of the time we were there.

I liked the location and the staff was very accomodating

The smell of the place wasn't pleasant at times. It smelled like sewer down the hall. The desk chair was old and peeling. The bench in the room looked very filthy.
