SpringHill Suites by Marriott Slidell

The room was very appealing and large. The modern design and high ceilings created a upscale and relaxing environment. The hotel itself was clean and attractive. The staff were also friendly and attentive.

There were two areas to improve. Understanding Covid restrictions, the breakfast needs to be improved for the price paid for the stay. What was presented dulled the thrill of my stay. Much lower quality hotels extend better options than what was offered. Secondly, there was a long crack in the shower corner. It didn’t present itself to be a major issue, but it reflects the lack of care for each room.

Everything was great. I will stay again. I really enjoyed my stay there. I told all of my friends and family about my stay and the cleanness of the hotel. I was having issues with my card, the clerk was so helpful with trying to help me figure it all out.

The room was massive, huge ceilings. Beautiful layout and so clean and fresh. The bathroom was huge and nice modern shower. Loves the bottles hung on the wall with shampoo/conditioner and soap. It was lavender and it was amazing, helped me sleep. The room was super modern and well. The only complaint was the bed was to form for me. But that could always be best for someone else. Overall I was shocked at how nice this room and hotel was.

Ms Ina, prepared our delicious breakfast each day and it was on time. Even though the hotel was in a great location we always started our day with their wonderful breakfast.

Nothing, everything was already taken care of, thanks to mgr, Tondi and Ms Ina and other staff.

The breakfast was wonderful. Actually my daughter lives in Slidell about 5 minutes from your location but I like my privacy so I chose to stay at your Hotel. Normally I would stay at the Comfort Inn but I am so happy to have found Springhill. This will be my location to stay upon every visit. I was very pleased with everything.

Breakfast was very limited, mostly pre-packaged items, not a lot of freshly cooked foods.

Kids reaching over and picking over the breakfast offerings. Had to go outside of the building to have wifi reception. Outside was unkempt, trash on tables and cigarette butts scattered all around.

Breakfast was okay. Can't expect much when it is free.

I booked a room with a frog and microwave. The room I got did not have that, but I did check in early. I wonder if I am due a partial refund on room price difference?

Cleanliness. Room size.

The shade of lights in lamps make room feel cold. Change to warm light. Bathroom's location is too central to provide privacy. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Television does turn freely enough to be seen by person in far bed.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY FROM THE TIME I WALKED INTO THE BUILDING THE ENERGY FROM THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.... THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS... I WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN
