Hampton Inn & Suites Shreveport

The breakfast was certainly plentiful and varied from day to day. Coffee was prepared in large containers and a setup was established presenting the coffee all day long and remained fresh tasting.

The choice of breakfasts could have been extended to include more to choose from. They did pretty good though.

The breakfast was hot and good. We had French toast stick and sausage one day. The day before we had eggs and a sausage patty. There was hot oatmeal, three cereal choices, yogurt, three choices of juice, and packaged breakfast items and fruit. The young lady served the breakfast and was attentive and sweet. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. There were tables to eat breakfast you didn’t have to go up to your room.Upon entering the room,there was a sticker to ensure no one entered the room before us and after it was cleaned. We had a suite and it had 3 TVs, a huge deep garden tub that even my husband(6’8”) felt comfortable and relaxed in. Huge shower in a large bathroom. The bed was VERY comfy!! There was a couch in the sitting room and a desk with a fridge and microwave for us to heat up our leftovers. The a/c had temperature controls in both rooms. The staff was very nice and attentive. Great location to shops and restaurants and not far from the casinos. Will definitely make this the place we stay and the room we book when we come to Shreveport.

I wish there was an option for grits or if they offered pancakes or waffles each day. There were no cups for coffee in our room. However I’m sure if we asked for cups some would have been made readily available.

We were late for breakfast so can’t really tell you much about that. When we went down though there was a lot of people there.

Your WI-FI never could get into it. Not good finally got in at 5 in the morning wouldn’t take password all it wanted me to do was hit the 4.95 for extra spend internet that is wrong……..

The breakfast was excellent, the lady that was cooking was so very nice. everyone was great!

The price dropped on Wednesday and I called to try to get that price and so far I have not received the price difference, even though I was told I would get that price. It was 30.00 dollars cheaper.

Basic hotel seen better days. Friendly staff.

The floors looked dirty throughout the hotel including inside the elevator, in front of ice machine, inside our bathroom and carpet in the room. Our bathroom door did not close all the way. I know staffing is hard but cleanliness is basic for a hotel.

The staff was amazing and the cleanliness of the hotel was above expectations

During breakfast they were vacuuming while people were still in there eating. Also the staff were the only ones allowed to have waffles and at 10am even though breakfast for the guest was over the staff rushed in loudly and were all in the kitchen fixing plates while guests were still in there eating. Very unprofessional

Hampton Inn & Suites Shreveport is our home away from home when visiting relatives in Shreveport. The facilities are always clean, and the staff is accommodating, courteous, and professional. Usually it is me and my wife and we both recommend this excellent hotel.

The room was cleaned and the beds slept wonderful!

Some of the staff wasn't very nice. The first room I checked in had a lot of smoke in it. Like someone had just smoked in it room #212. Then we were moved to room #207 it was a lot better no smoke!

The breakfast was delicious an the worker was very pleasant an keep everything organized an clean,I work in food service was very impressed, 5 star

Breakfast was excellent. Hot tub no jets and luke warm was a disappointment. one of the main reasons i selected this location.
