Best Western Zachary Inn

The staff were great. Front desk lady was really nice and the lady that made the breakfast was amazing

Only 1 issue - there was coffee grounds & mold in the coffee pot because someone prior to us put the coffee in water receptacle instead of the coffee packet container tray.

The service, and staff, were exceptional. Very kind, helpful, and informative. The manager informed us, guided us, and helped us feel comfortable. The staff members smiled always, said good morning, and exhibited great kindness towards us. All around, a great stay.

Love the area and staff is very nice

When we checked in the first room had not been cleaned so they were very apologetic and moved us to another room and it to was not the cleanest either there were drink bottles still on the floor beside the chair and bed closest to the A/C this was very surprising this is the only hotel we stay in when we come to see family in Zachary might need to read some reviews on the other hotels in the area before we book again thanks

the breakfast set up was great. the food was warm and delicious. I compared the breakfast food service with the stay at Best Western in Norwalk OH and your location wins hands down.

the laundry facilities don"t have a place to sit down in waiting for the clothes to wash and dry, so I sat on the stairs headed for the second floor.

Saturday night a family with several children not sure how many made swimming in the pool difficult and then they were Ironically directly above our room. and loud. called front desk 2 times about the noise after 10 pm until after 3 am .

They had a very good hot breakfast. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in decent condition - could use some updating, but overall was good.

We asked for rooms close together, but they did not accommodate.

The first clerk I talked to was rude...she needs to work on her people skills. But the clerk I dealt with checking in was great. The lobby floors were super sticky and it was still extremely sticky the next morning.

The room was a good size, nice, and clean looking. The bathroom was awesome. Cleaning staff did an awesome job. The entire staff was really great.

The beds could be more comfortable. The air conditioner needs to blow better. When the booking site says sofa bed the sofa needs to be a bed. The breakfast needs to be more than blueberry muffins a fruit and a granola bar.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. Special thanks for heating up my oatmeal in the microwave!!!

Facility was clean and beds were comfortable.

Would have like a dedicated area for pets. There are no areas for pets relieve themselves.
