The property was extremely clean, plenty of close parking, easy directions to anything you needed during our stay, late check available over the phone. The shared community kitchen was different was very nice fully stocked and clean, the vending machines for snacks were great and low priced as well nice bonus to wash clothes as needed and free access to laundry detergent(thank you). The room was spacious easy access to the kitchen area, beds decently comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator a plus and very clean !! The owner Aaron was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will stay again and recommend to others to stay as well.

This is a so minor due to when staying in Maine space sometimes is limited but the bathroom was a bit small but we managed. Plenty of hot water.

This motel gives you great value for money. Its location is great when visiting the Whitemountains of NH to hike during the day and dine/drink in the breweries in Bethel ME at night. The room we stayed in was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a good night sleep after hiking Mt.Adams. The common area has a fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast with complimentary coffee open 24-hr daily. Lastly, guest relations staff, Candace, was very welcoming and offered good information about the area. Her dog Dewey was sweet but at the same time well trained.

this was a hard property to rate, initial impressions had us a bit concerned it is out of town, & looks basic from the outside. the rooms are basic, but spotlessly clean & there is a fantastic full kitchen which you have access to, as well as a laundry etc.,. the actual town of Bethel is a short drive, and is really lovely. there is a really nice and reasonably priced supermarket as well. we travelled in August, and most restaurants are closed Mon -Thu so keep that in mind hence the kitchen came in handy. the motel is a great base for the beautiful surrounding area, and given the accommodation prices in the US at the moment, you could say it’s reasonably priced in comparison

isolated, and I don’t think the owners live on site. also the fan above the stove needs cleaning & the smoke slat batteries need replacing. we cooked both nights, because the exhaust fan wasn’t working there was quite a bit of smoke without a beep from the smoke alarms!

The owners are really nice people, the bed was very comfortable, towels were fluffy, room very clean. 2 chairs to set in room, big table room had everything you needed. Could get coffee anytime, common kitchen for guest to use. They really renovated it very well highly recommend.Best hotel we stayed in from NC to Maine.

This motel was perfect for what we were looking for. We stayed here to go skiing at Sunday River, it was a short drive away. The rooms were cozy and had what we needed at a reasonable price. The owners are phenomenal and take pride in what they offer guests. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. It was perfect for cooking a meal for the family if you don't want to eat out all of the time. We will be back.

I have no complaints. It was a great place to rest after a busy day. They do a great job here.

The Motel was very clean and convenient for access. The rooms were compact and comfortable for our stay. We enjoyed our stay here and would plan to visit again. The Motel staff were very kind and responsive. Great appreciation to the Aunty at the Kitchen for asking us if we need anything. Great place for families to visit and stay here.

I loved being able to park outside our front door. There was plenty of hot water. The staff was great! & My daughter wouldn’t stop talking about how comfortable her mattress was.

We found some dust and cobwebs under the bench behind our door. The windows were unlocked and one (the bathroom) was open. I locked and closed them, but if I didn’t check our safety could have been at risk. (I had my two children with me.) The AC unit was hard to reach and see if we needed to adjust it. & The window by the bed had multiple dead bugs.

Clean and compact rooms with comfortable beds. Owners have added a communal annex area with free snacks and coffee. They also offer daily housekeeping, which the other far more expensive hotels in Maine (and everywhere) have done away with. Great location about a five-minute drive to central Bethel.

great location for our trip plans. this unassuming place has everything one could need including a great kitchen and laundry facilities available to all guests as well as in-room mini fridge and microwave. the owners are really friendly and helpful.

a tad bit of noise from the highway but not enough to keep us from getting a good nights sleep.

Close to Sunday River. It has a nice shared and fully stocked kitchen. The property also offers free good coffee, tea and hot coco which is a very nice touch. We stayed at room 15. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.

The only downside is the carpet has a weird smell. Other than that, I love everything about it. I will stay here (just a different room) again when I return.
