There is no place like home, or is there? I suppose that Abigail’s Inn is better because there is no schedule or to-do list; relax and enjoy! Innkeeper Dave Parlin has created a cozy and comfortable stay in Camden, Maine. He’s thought of the little details that make staying here memorable. Read the numerous raving reviews and peruse the photos. Grab your calendar, check availability, and book your stay. Oh wait, add a couple of extra days here. You’ll be glad you did! We will definitely return! Libby Kerlin - June 23, 2022

Dave and Rick were very kind and helpful. They remembered preferences. The breakfast each was excellent and beautifully displayed and served. My room was clean and very nicely decorated. The inn was close to shops and restaurants. A very walkable setting. I highly recommend Abigail’s Inn!!

Dave, the owner and host, was as friendly and hospitable as if staying with a friend. He had a neighbor as a breakfast helpmate and Tammi was fun too. Our room at the back of the house on the ground level was comfortable, quiet and away from the street. We will definitely stay here if we return to Camden again and highly recommend Abigail's to others!

Our bed was very comfortable but the pillows were just too plump for us and we used the throw pillows instead...

Everything was excellent. Our host Dave had every detail covered. Beautiful room with a great bed and shower . Stocked fridge with cold beverages. Great breakfast each morning prepared by Dave. Wonderful sitting areas throughout. The building is spotless. A 5 minute to downtown restaurants and shopping. Don't hesitate to book this place. You'll be very happy!

Dave’s little touches make this B&B stand out from others. The property is beautiful with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to relax. Our room was immaculate and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, with eggs coming from his own chickens. The inn is just a short walk to downtown Camden so park you car and explore the town. By far our favorite place we stayed while traveling through Maine.

A real gem in the heart of Camden. The Inn was meticulously clean, very well appointed and maintained. Room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern, yet had the old world touch to them. The front porch was a great way to relax with comforters provided to keep down the chill. Located three blocks from the waterfront, yet on the main road which allowed us to be away from the town center noise with well laid out parking in the rear. Our hosts were very cordial and engaging as well as being great cooks, serving us a wonderful egg braid in the garden patio. By far the best and most welcoming Inn we have stayed in during our week long trip throughout Maine, Connecticut and New Hampshire.

We had no complaints.

Beautiful house. Excellent meals. Gracious hosts. Within walking distance of downtown Camden and it’s great restaurants.

Our beds were too high. We had to use stools to get in and out of bed and this was a bit inconvenient for 80 year olds.

Location is in the beautiful Historic District of Camden and is one of many historic homes. The bay with schooners is a block away and the home is located near everything by walking! Dave’s attention to detail inside the house as well as his homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious! We had a comfortable stay at Abigail’s and will highly recommend this B&B to family and friends!

Loved it all!!

Kent and Dave are awesome hosts who bend over backwards to make your stay the best. From showing you around the property to pointing out where to find the frig with water or Prosecco to enjoy. There is a pot of coffee to enjoy in the early morning for you before breakfast and then an awesome homemade breakfast out on the patio. The inn is situated within a 4/5 minute walk into town which was great since parking is hard to come by on the main street. I highly recommend this inn….we are going back this fall…looking forward to it!! Oh yes……visit Mt. Battie…beautiful view of the town and surrounding islands!!
