Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore

The breakfast is always perfect here. Comparing it to other properties, this hotel has it way above the rest! WE travel a great deal, and this breakfast makes others quite un-edible! Go Homewood breakfast staff!

All the food was fresh and inviting. The coffee was even wonderful. There was absolutely nothing to complain about as the staff was always there to assist. On yop of that the room itself was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my queries. Once even booked an Uber for me when no taxis were available. The bed was very comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft. The shower was perfect, with high water pressure. The desk was big enough for teleworking. The hotel is situated in a very safe area, very close to the harbor, conveniently located for walks. Also, there are restaurants nearby. breakfast coffee was good.

The hotel has seen better days, but still remains functional. The selection of pastries for breakfast varied by day, sometimes a wide range, sometimes little choice. Sometimes the room was too cold, had to wear a cardigan. Internet connection was good, including for videoconferencing.

The location was excellent, we all felt safe around the hotel during the day and in the hotel at night. We walked everywhere we went and the walks werent very long. The staff were all some of the nicest hotel staff we have ever dealt with. The morning breakfast staff was deffinately the most attentive, nicest and helpful we have ever seen in a hotels breakfast area! The bar tender/waitress in the restaurant was very nice, and even though she was by herself she did an amazing job even with a full bar! (Everywheres is understaffed right now so deffinately no complaining on that here) She handled being by herself like a pro, and we didnt have that long of a wait for our drinks! If we find ourselves staying in the area again this will definately be our choice of hotel!

The only problem we had was getting some extra blankets because some of my family gets colder than others. The night staff was having a hard time finding blankets and kept giving us sheets, we got the blankets without issue the next morning/day. Our heater was also not working but a quick call and maintenence had it fixed very quickly! The card readers in the elevators and our room were a bit temperamental but it wasn't a huge problem! Some things could use an update but, I was very happy with everything within the hotel and the room!

Rooftop garden was excellent for safely walking my dog after dark. Rooms were a decent size and clean, and beds were comfortable. Kitchens equipped for very basic cooking, but with a decent breakfast provided by the hotel and marvelous eating options around Baltimore, we used the kitchen mainly to plate/reheat all of the fabulous carry out food we bought. Pretty view of downtown.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, but that will always be the case with an urban hotel that doesn’t have a dedicated parking garage. Staff was perhaps TOO attentive, as we received MULTIPLE text messages during our two-night stay, asking us how everything was. Felt the price was a bit high compared to the quality of amenities in similar hotels in Baltimore.

I asked the front desk clerk can they tell valet parking guys to have my car ready they said no they should of gave me a number to text them I explained to the clerk that me and a couple of other guest didn’t get the text and the valet guys told me it was ok I could call the front desk and they will alert them to have my vehicle ready the valet parking guys were taking turns standing inside next to the clerk because it was cold the clerk and valet parking guys was less then 10feet away FRONT DESK CLERKS ARE LAZY

Beautiful place to stay within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. Easy access to parking garage. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was great but the bed pillows could have been better. No other complaints.

the hotel didn’t give me back my deposit money, the hold 50$ for each room (2rooms =100$). so they gave me back only part of it even though I stayed only one night and we left our rooms clean, organized and we returned the doors key to the front desk. I need the whole deposit back

The staff was very friendly. It was nice and quiet. The view from the 8th floor on to the street was nice. The room was a nice size. The free breakfast was good, it would've been nice to make your own waffles like other hotels do. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

We noticed an issue with the tub. The pull to make the shower head work was stuck. There weren't any extra towels, bed sheets or pillows in the room.

Everything. Staff went above and beyond to he kind helpful and knowledgeable about tourism in the city. This location really blew me away with how helpful they were from recommending places to eat and things to see to printing off tickets for attractions. I would stay here again. Good location and amazing facility especially with the gym they have attached to the place. There is paid parking 25 dollars a night but worth it.
