Comfort Inn & Suites Cambridge

We stayed for three months, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The location is central to the Cambridge area and Talbot County. Everything was clean. The breakfast is a nice thing to look forward to. There is also a gym and pool. We even had packages delivered to the front desk. Really quiet considering they filled up on the weekends. Pet friendly!

The only thing I didn't like was having to stay in a hotel for so long, but the staff helped make me feel at home.

We loved the breakfast when it’s hot. We made and English muffin sandwich with sausage egg/cheese &butter and that was very good. The staff was so friendly. If I needed anything and they had it they gave it to me. If I had a problem they fixed it.

The bed was hard I felt the springs. The shower head in our bathroom. Made the bathroom get super Wet. The pool looked like it was dirty but it wasn’t.

Location was great. Room was comfortable.

Didn’t seem as if the room was gone over/cleaned between guests. There was food left in the fridge, clothing in a drawer and a few food crumbs/chips very obvious on the floor. I understand COVID fears by housekeeping but........Not a deal breaker for us, kinda something to laugh about but some other guests probably would have went crazy over things like this. I worked in hospitality years ago(Holiday Inn—motel side) and a 32 yr career in the fire dept so it really wasn’t a big deal to us. Otherwise a very nice place.

The front Desk was staff awesome. I especially like Stephanie, she me sure we had the correct room, greeted us with a smile and was just fantastic.

I did not like one of the maids. She was a tall.skinny black lady with braids in her hair. She left her work bucket in the middle of the hallway. I had to walk around her broom that was sticking out several times. She also walked around with a frown.

The room was nice with plenty of room. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast the next morning was a good with plenty of choices. The food was good.

When we turned on the tv the remote was not working very well. I called done to the main desk and the lady apologized and told me to come down with the remote and she would change out the batteries. It got fixed quickly.

The breakfast grab and go idea was good; would have preferred a more nutritious granola or nut bar than the "pastry." Loved the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich idea - could take back to the room and microwave.

The bathroom wallpaper was badly peeling and the shower curtain needed cleaning/bleaching. You know the walls are thin when you can not only hear the gentleman on the phone in the next room, talking in a normal voice, but also the voice of the person he was speaking with on the other end of the line! :)

What all of us especially liked was the spaciousness and comfort of our two rooms. The king size beds were comfortable, but the best was having a large comfortable couch and chair so that we could "visit" with each other. The rooms are set up so that it is great to watch TV from the couch or the bed. The large wheelchair accessible bathroom was perfect for my almost 90 year old parents too!

Nice and friendly place. The staff was always supportive and everything was very clean.

The only thing I really can complain about is the free WiFi. In our room, it was not sufficiently stable to have a proper online meeting (even without camera).

The location is convenient and the place is super clean and offers a decent breakfast.

I did not like how you have to get in and out of the parking lot. IT only allows entry on one side and exit on another.

Breakfast variety. Friendly staff and overall comfortable. Great location.

The beds seemed a bit small for two queens. Bathroom floor tile was loose and tube curtain discolored. Footprint on my headboard.
