Thank you for Booking.com. I appreciate the help help that you provided to help me get into a different room. The first room that they gave me was very noisy due to the elevator going up and down. They didn't want to help me due to myself booking with Booking.com, but you came through. They surely had to know that Rooms 101, 201, 301 and 401 had that horrible noise. Again thank you in helping g me a different room. After that my stay was pleasant.

Nice & quiet, beautiful view, assuming they are making renovations to the rooms. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. They have been shaving down door but it just needs to be rehung. Balcony door wouldn’t lock, my boyfriend fixed. Beds extremely comfortable, beautiful views from our balcony, everything right there. 1936 Bar & Grill food was horrible, we did request Mgr who was a very young girl. We are going to go back twice a year. One hour from our house. One desk clerk not friendly with no communication skills.

I was amazed that our room was made up the next morning; clean towels, trash gone and bed made etc. That hasn't occurred in all the hotel/motels we have stayed at in years. All staff people we met were very friendly and the man who took care of our TV was excellent. That service was quick and each time got it taken care of. Our view was perfect and the breakfast was delicious indeed.

Well, it was not warm enough, but that was our error. We thought April would be a bit warmer. We were there is off season as well sooooooooo.

Professional staff. Clean rooms and clean linen. Mattress was perfect. View was beautiful from the balcony. Kirk Gibbons was an absolute treat for entertainment. No additional charge for the parking was a true delight!

Our dinner experience was not great... servers were great but it was busy and possibly short staffed which did not allow for us to get our food in a timely manner. Some of the food was cold and that was disappointing. Breakfast was great and made up for the late night disappointment.

This resort met our expectations with locale, view with balcony (slightly obscured, but we had a view), and cleanliness. Front desk staff person was very sweet and pleasant. The room was clean: bedding, bathroom, and hard surfaces. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast choices included in the voucher. Courtney the server/bartender was so nice and sanitized everything prior to use and after, huge plus! There is no doubt that my boyfriend and I will be back!

Being that this was our first stay, there were no obvious issues. I would have liked a better view, but we totally enjoyed the balcony.

We loved being on the waterfront. The staff was friendly and courteous at every encounter. The restaurants were very good.

I felt that for the price a few more amenities would have been in order. We had no direct beach access, no microwave in the room. I wish there were designated smoking rooms, even if only on the balcony.

We loved the location! The front desk staff left balloons in our room and a slice of cake for the daughter who was celebrating her 16 birthday. The pool area was very nice (I was the only one in the water our first evening at the resort). Nice view from our room - water!!!! Staff was friendly for the most part. Loved the fact that the resort had security staff.

Toilet did not flush properly at times. It overflowed the first evening and when I used a towel to clean it up there was dirt on the towel from the floor. Shower head is loose too (Room 402). Didn’t know there was a $20/night resort fee until checkout. Front desk staff said that covers amenities- including the “free” breakfast vouchers. Still enjoyed our stay though- would return in the future.

The view from my nephew's honeymoon suite was beautiful. The outdoor wedding area and reception tent were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast choices were nice as well at the adjacent restaurant.

The smell inside the hotel was a bit off to me and my wife. Also, I had booked a room months ago, but had to wait longer than relatives who had booked more recently. When told I would get a call when my room was ready, that didn't happen. Only just before the wedding in which I was a groomsman, when I asked if my room was ready, was I told it was.

The room was clean and the bedding was freshly made up. It was easy to obtain a good breakfast in the nearby restaurant although the cost of a tea was over $3.00 Swimming pool was under repair at the time of the visit although there was no mention of it when booking the hotel and appointments need to be made for a massage. The entire place was clean and staff was helpful. A casino area to add some light entertainment although no one was winning.

Entertainment should be at least 3 times a week instead of only Sunday evenings. Drinks at the outside bar was severely marked up. For example it was $10.00 for a small glass of rum runner.

I liked the secured card scan. I liked the friendly staff. And the room was neat and clean. I had to have maintenance come to my room to fix my balcony screen door. And they responded quickly.

They check in time should change to match what on the website is 3pm not 4pm. And the TV need to be center on front of the bed, instead on the side.
