Best Western Kent Narrows Inn

The staff at the location were the best that I've seen at a hotel in a long time. She was very helpful and kind. You can tell that the hotel has many upgrades. The popcorn and lemonade at the front lobby were a nice touch. We liked how comfortable the beds were, but the pillows not as much.

The cost is high for the age of the hotel. They have done many upgrades to the hotel, but you can definitely tell that it is an older hotel. You can hear those in the other rooms.

Clean, very friendly staff. Very nice one night stay for a wedding. Elevator wasn't really working but there were stairs so it wasn't a problem for a room on the 3rd floor. Those who need an accessible room should get a first floor room or verify it's working.

I don't have any real complaints other than the elevator which wasn't a big deal for us. They are renovating sections of the hotel but it didn't impact our stay.

It was clean, ice machine worked well, air conditioner worked as expected. Room was very nice. Location was excellent! Enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We also liked the close proximity to restaurants and bars. Fishing was available as well.

Odor from the standing water was a bit foul, especially in the evenings.

The rooms have been updated since my last stay and I was pleasantly surprised. The air conditioning unit was very noisy- But that was my only complaint- Also, I wish I had thought to ask for a room on the 3/4 floor for a better view. All in all - decent place for the money over July 3rd weekend

Great location for us..Quite loud with people coming in from partying at The Jetty..Sat night is a time to gather ..We would have preferred separate balcony space but the room was very nice..Quite comfortable and ample space..First time for breakfast after the pandemic..Very nice.The usual choices ..Visiting with family in Stevensville so,only enjoyed one morning breakfast..Coffee was fresh but only available after 6:30am and until the full breakfast had bags to go breakfast..Breakfast sandwiches,juice,yogurt,fruit..Very good selection…The weekend was quite crowded and all were anxious to get out and gather…Good to see..Very pleasant area..

Noise..A lot of loud parties going on..But just the weekend nights..

Extremely clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, convenient to everything.

The bedding and especially pillows need an upgrade, bad quality, uncomfortable, some pillows smell of sweat from other people. Yuck. Also, it’s time to add an option for an Internet streaming .

This our “go to” spot whenever we visit the area. Love the facility, location, staff and the pool and hot tub are awesome. Always clean, always friendly, always a great stay and love it that we can bring our fur baby along. Short walk to all the great bars, restaurants and cross-island bike/walking trail.

Location was pretty good. Accessible via car to Route 50 and convenience stores and food shopping. Restaurants and bars accessible by walking across the street. Wish there were ice cream, beer/wine and other convenience shops closer. Breakfast selection was very good. Plenty of choices from dry cereals, oatmeal, fruits (bananas and apples) waffle bar, yogurts, eggs, sausage, etc. Fresh juices (OJ, Apple Cranberry) and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches.

Towels in room - needed more and they are pretty scratchy. But, not unexpected at this level. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Fridge, microwave a nice feature. Bring your own soap and toiletries. Those provided are pretty bad. The tub was very slippery to stand in while taking a shower. Need to offer a non-slip pad. Almost fell getting in.

Location is great, super close to very good restaurants and in the middle of everything there is to do. Breakfast was great (cereal, make your own waffles, juice and coffee, sausage, fluffy eggs, sausage gravy, toast/biscuits English muffins, yogurt with toppings etc). Staff was super accommodating, room was super clean, grounds were pretty well maintained.

Loved how close it was to everything. The pool,hot tub, & Sauna was really nice. The rooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable. Sonia at the front desk was so friendly and genuinely cared about her job. She truly was the sweetest lady, talked to us like we knew her for years. She really made our stay enjoyable even sent us home with cookies.

Wish the Continental breakfast could have been the full service breakfast. But we understood due to Covid it’s bagged up for you. Breakfast was still a decent amount of food and filling.
