I liked that the room was very clean.

I didn’t like that when I checked in after I paid I was told that the water would be off on Saturday morning. Once it was turned back on the water was brown for an hour. I also don’t like that the streaming was messed up on the tv. When you called the front desk they said they are rebooting the tvs. We did not get an answer about our tv until 10:00 at night. They can do a little better with communication.

I have been staying here for years. The property has been upgraded since the last time I visited. it is very convenient to have cooked food available for breakfast and dinner with a varied menu. we experienced an issue that was not the fault or responsibility of the property and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were all taken care of. All of the staff was fantastic. thank you!

Convenient to New Carrollton Metro, Amtrak and MARC. could walk there. if you had to. Expensive but good food at the bistro.

The layout is a bit confusing- built into a hill, with floor level- T- below the first floor that goes out to parking at one end. they could put some signs up in the hallways to direct you to the lobby!

It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

So I booked a king size bed with a pull out sofa, but when I checked in, they didn’t have any of those rooms available. I ended up having to take 2 queen beds, which isn’t a big deal, but my husband and I were supposed to sleep in the bed and our 3 year old was going to sleep on the pull out sofa. He can’t sleep on a queen sized bed by himself because he will most likely fall out. So I had to sleep separate from my husband i. The other bed with my son. This is just not ideal especially when I booked a room for a reason.

They're were no views of anything pretty from your room, but not a deal breaker. They could use more elevators. Also, for breakfast, there was 1 lady taking orders and seemingly preparing meals. There were a lot of people which equals longer wait time, but obviously not her fault.

The breakfast was great. Not buffet nut bistro but good options. Quiet area, but most too far from places or downtown....clean hotel. House keepimg very good

The staff were really friendly and the room was very nice. Very spacious and clean. Bed was a little soft, but that was just personal preference. The location was perfect as our little Basecamp for the weekend. It was a quick walk or drive to the Metro Orange Line.

It is very conveniently located to visit Washington, 5 minutes walk to the metro station and 30 minutes ride. The hotel is nice and breakfast very good.

It is a bit more difficult to find nice restaurants in the surroundings.

The location, the staff, the bed

The shower does not have a door so water splashes onto the floor, there is no housekeeping every day, still acting scared of the virus with staff having to wear masks and plastic shields still being in place, no breakfast included which it should be due to the price

It is a value-for-money hotel. I did not have a car, instead used public transportation. Easy to reach city centre and BWI airport.

There could have been some food options.
