Crowne Plaza College Park - Washington DC

It was clean. Spacious rooms and bathroom.Staff were amazing and very friendly . The restaurant downstairs have nice food. I loved their chicken wings.Close to stores and restaurants.

It didn’t have microwave in the room. They had a microwave at the lobby ( snack area) . If you need ice you will need to go to the snack area as well. I paid the room with breakfast included but only 2 people got free breakfast. Even through the room is for 3 or 4 people, the breakfast is free for the only 2. I didn’t know that. I had to pay $19.99 for the extra people . Breakfast was really good and they had staff members who bring you the beverages. The bathroom only had 2 big towels. If you need another one or two you need to call the front desk. No pool

The location was out of the hustle and bustle of Greenbelt/College Park but it was still a short drive to the University. The room and all of the facilities were clean and tidy. The beds were super comfortable. The parking lot was well lit at night.

The ice machine on the 12th floor had a sign on it "Out of Service". The outdoor swimming pool was not open and the indoor pool seems to no longer be there. There were three employees at the concierge desk at check-in time, two were busy so I went to the third as she was looking our way like she wanted to help us. The gentleman on the left raised his voice and said that she couldn't help me and I needed to get back in line.

Traveling for work this hotel exceeded expectations or a quick trip and it was chosen based on location to my meeting. Upon checking in, the staff were beyond helpful and friend (that's super important to me), helped with a speedy check in, answered questions I had about the restaurant and hours. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and honestly it offered more space than I was expecting. Had dinner at the bar and the staff there were amazing as well. The food and drinks were delicious. Overall cleanliness was great and you could tell it had been renovated recently. If needed, I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food with the hot food varied daily. Location is a $8 Uber to the metro or a short drive to any local facilities

Housekeeping removed but didn't replace towels on a couple of occasions leaving us with no large towels. The hotel is used by groups from schools and our floor was overrun by noisy teenagers slamming doors and running amok in the corridors till we intervened and called security as this went on till gone 10.30 pm. Bar snack and food prices a bit hefty.

The included breakfast is only for two people per room, even if you've a party of more. The desk agent was kind enough to give us an extra as we were three. The breakfast itself consists of the normal continental foods and is good. The location is only accessible by car and is very isolated, as in not good restaurants nearby etc. A great hotel for business travelers though.

Location. Very isolated and in an industrial park. I guess they made it for business travelers so it does justice to them. For everyone else, it is only worth it if you have your own mode of transportation.

The bed was very comfortable! The hotel was well equipped and pretty close to the main highways - we spent the night on the way up I-95, so if you are heading north or south of DC and want a place that's easy on and off of 495 this is a very good option - reasonably priced on the weekend and definitely worth it!

If I were forced to complain about something it would be the "all business" decor - the hallway carpeting had that same old familiar pattern as every other business hotel I've stayed in over the years - deja vu all over again as Yogi would say! Otherwise, no complaints.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful as well. The location of the hotel was so super convenient, we had everything we could need very close to us.

The only complain I have is I felt like I was being kicked out on the day I was checking out by house keeping. House keeping woke me up at 9am and even though I told her we didn't need house keeping she continued to knock. I Opened the door to let her know I was checking out today and that check out was at 12pm. I started packing and an hour later (10am) she was back knocking on the door again I ended up just putting everything in my bag and leaving. I even left my keys behind in the room that's how rushed I felt. I've never experienced this & I hope this doesn't happen again.

Location, price, hotel beautiful. Staff nice

Service slacking. 6 night stay, requested coffee for keurig maker in room 3times..never got coffee ? Ask desk about guest laundry room, clerk stated that she had no idea if machines worked😬 No microwave in room. Complimentary brewed coffee in lobby only available in the mornings🧐 I travel alot, these are unusual things for complaints..

The hotel was nice and comfortable.. There was a lot of parking available and free of charge Less than 5 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall

The room service was very bad, we asked them to clean our room 2 times, but the way that they cleaned it was very bad. The location was quiet and nice but far from the centre by 25 minutes. The breakfast was very simple and unexpected

Room was nice, staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and rooms were modern and nice looking.

We had two issues. First, a/c ran VERY loud at times, sounded like was banging a hammer inside the vents. Second there was a strong sewage smell coming from the water in the bathroom, not sure if these are hotel issues or just issues with that particular room. Overall I still enjoyed our stay, great value for the price.
