I like that there is a restaurant. The room was very clean if you ask the staff for clean towels and wash clothes they made sure you received them in a timely manner. Over all the it was quiet and relaxing.

I feel if you pay all that money for your room you should not have to pay for breakfast.over all I like that. The breakfast was no on time and it was cold and i had to warm it up before eating. Served oatmeal out of the pack instead of cooking it like they use to. I don't like the fact that the pool is not usable.

The layout, it was very easy to get around. The restaurants and other facilities were very accessible.

My only disappointment from this visit was the entertainment staff. Why in the world would one go to a Disco, if not to dance the night away? no one wants to watch these guys dancing to there personally selected music that seem to be enjoyable to them and no one else. they totally ignored the needs of the guest present. Have a resident DJ that sees who’s there and can accommodate there guest with age appropriate music!

Great location not far from FedEx Field. Great options nearby for food. The property was clean and had a lot of nice amenities. My bestie and I loved having the two vanity mirrors in our room for getting ready. Loved the water feature at the main entrance.

I do like the fact that everybody's professional in Rechelle was very good customer service

But I don't like that you got to pay for the buffet and you stay there as a customer they should be complimentary that's the only complaint that I have

Me and my family liked everything, everyone were kind to us and were trying to help us if we had a problems and questions. Specially we liked a Mr Dominic Palaia he was really good to us, he was asking us how are we doing, and always was helping us. It is a really sweet man

Our last day they had a power outage early. No TV, no hot water, elevator was down & we were not on the 2nd floor & my dad isn't young. They were very nonchalant about the outage when we inquired what was happening offering no help to bring down bags or any other courteous gesture.

There chef dominic made delishes food and he was very nice. There parties in the lounge area.

the loud music in the ballroom the day we arrived was heard in our room on the second floor. I didn’t like that I could hear a man signing bright and early around 7 a.m

We were only there 1 night so we did not see much of the property, but what we did see was nicer than I expected considering the price. The front desk staff was considerate and helpful and our room was clean.

The ads need to make it clear that they offer no complimentary breakfast anymore. They have an on-site pay restaurant available.

Clean rooms & great location! Checkin was easy. Front desk staff Natasha was very professional.

The hallways could use air fresh / deodorant like sprays. Certain parts smelt funky.

Right off highway, cold AC, friendly staff, inexpensive vending machine

One room smelled of cigarettes when we came, one fridge was leaking but staff quickly came up and fixed it, some hair was in the bathtub when we checked in. Wish they had or placed us in adjoining rooms so it would have been easier for our family to go from room to room.
