Quality Inn Boardwalk

The location on the boardwalk was great with a 1 year old. We could easily walk back if she needed a nap. Having 3 pools was great, whatever one we were in was never crowded. All the staff were super friendly. Room was comfortable and a great size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Able to watch the sunrise from our balcony.

The rooms were sub-par. Moldy shower ceiling, ripped lamp shades and carpet. Hard to open the balcony door because it kept getting caught on the ceiling that was hanging down. There was a random pipe coming out of the bathroom ceiling and draining into the tub. Only one elevator was working.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time! It is such an added bonus that there is a Starbucks located right next to the building! There is free laundry and the hot tub and pool are superb! The front desk staff was amazing and the rooms were clean and smelt great upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the ocean was fantastic! The outside pools were very well kept and the bar stayed busy with good music right outside on the patio but it stops at a good/reasonable time (we have kids). I have zero complaints and our stay was nothing short of amazing. This is the third time staying at this hotel with our four kids.

Location and view was great! Right on the boardwalk .Our room was a tad bit outdated but it was still good and a decent size but if your not picky for the location and view its 100% worth it. 3 pools 2 outdoor 1 indoor. I would def stay again!

The Elevators... kinda slow and always full ... they only have 2... if they had 2 more it wouldn't be that bad... it didn't ruin the trip. But it was alittle annoying .... So if you stay here just give yourself alittle more time to get to where your going. Or You could always use the stairs. We did when we weren't carrying alot of stuff up.

We enjoyed the amenities ie, outdoor pool and bar. The location to everything was very helpful in not having to drive anywhere for food or coffee.

We did not like that the property only had one working elevator out of three. There was a sign on the elevator that stated something like -Otis elevator has not responded to our request for maintenance. No estimated time of completion available. When transporting luggage and strollers up the stairs this was very inconvenient. The second thing we did not love was that children are allowed in the hot tub, when adults would like to get in kids are in and out constantly.

1.couldn’t control the temperature in the room. it was only blowing cold air so we had to ask for a portable heater. the weather outside was only around 60 and very windy 2. staff gave out conflicting information example: I called to make sure there were plates, utensils etc and was told no and said I could go to the Dollar Store and a set of pans was only $25.00. I thought it was odd that you didn’t have those items in a kitchenette! when we got there we saw everything we needed for the kitchen so the staff needs to do a little better because we brought all those kitchen items with us

great location, ocean view balcony, Rum shack brought life to the boardwalk area with really good drinks, lots of restaurants nearby, nice amenities with 3 pools, coffee bar saved us $$$ we’d have spent at the Starbucks on the bayside of the property, friendly, hard working staff. loved our room. it was the perfect size

the only downside was it obviously is due for a remodel. carpets had some rips and tears. just a little outdated. but all of the positives about this place FAR outweigh the cosmetic blemishes! parking lot is pretty tight but we always found a spot somehow. loved it so much we didn’t even care about outdated decor or whatever.

Good location, clean room and close to the beach.

When I arrived the front counter failed to call me when my room was ready, the room could use some updating for the price, only one elevator operating and no Handicap parking available, bathroom needs to be redone. There was also a crowd of people drunk around the pool, spilling their beer and beer bottles on the ground making a lot of noise right under our room, and people placing their towels on all the pool side chairs so no one else could use the chairs, very disturbing.

Location was perfect. Room was perfect! Loved the sliding glass door to patio overlooking the Atlantic. Room was perfect clean and fresh. Pool and jacuzzi open late was awesome and just loved it. If I were to complain about anything would be staff was not overly friendly, not to the point of rude either but just not like a hey how ya doing! hope you enjoy your stay! let us know what we can do to make your stay super awesome!

It would be nice if the fitness room opened before 8 am. Overall we loved the hotel

The location is great! The pools are in a good location! Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The elevators were not operating correctly a few days and our room was on the 6th floor. Lugging our luggage, beach chairs,boogie boards etc. up and down 6 flights of steps was a pain multiple times a day. Parking was also lacking at the property.
