We loved every thing about the property! The location was the best part… close to our venue (the convention center) and close to the beach!! The actual apartment was great with everything we needed for our stay, and it was very spacious!!
Our only dislike was the bathroom… the bathtub to be more specific. The sliding shower doors were in desperate need of a god cleaning as it had old, caked up soap scum and what looks like black mold. I tried scrubbing some off, but I didn’t have the proper bathroom/bathtub cleaning supplies. This was the only part that really needs some TLC or perhaps needs to be replaced.

Stocked very well with items that we would for our stay. Loved the package left by vacasa. Towels, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, bath soap and shampoo, all items were greatly appreciated.
They did not leave bedding for futon, I was with my father for the fireman convention. So I needed that other set of sheets but I made doo with the 2 blankets.

The workers were friendly and it was located 2 buildings from the beach. The check in and out were easy. There were no bugs. There was everything you could need, including towels and plates.
First we reserved Ocean Point 2 and were put in Ocean Point 3. Ocean Point 3 was very dated, the pictured of Ocean Point 2 look more updated. The condo was kind of clean. We found a sock, sunglasses, and crumbs in the pull out couch. One of the two locks on the front door was broken. The TV was a box TV. The room smelled of pee. The beds were uncomfortable and a bed for my daughter was in the masters room. Would not book here again.
